To be honest this is the comedown off of the truly awful play beforehand.

*Game against Toronto where they won and scored insanely pretty goals but got caved for the most part. Some of the showboating on this board and other corners of Pens fandom was extremely premature there.
*Return Game against Toronto where they got stomped
*Then Buffalo embarrassed them epically.

They have actually been the better team in the last 3 games which is a big improvement. But they are snakebit and no one's consistently producing outside of Malkin (and he's gone insane this game).

I read your "snakebit" comment right before that miss by Crosby just now. Very fitting, that never happens. But who knows, if this is Bylsma redux the Pens could just as well win this one 7-4 or something.

Anyway, maybe we'll see each other in the playoffs--first round likely--and go to war. As always, go Buccos.

How does he know he has time? Loose puck in front of the goal he can’t turn his head he has to get it away from goal. It went straight to Malkin who didn’t control it (he should have been able too).

Sometimes shit happens.

Awareness is a great quality to have. Throw it to the boards if he must, even behind the yet. Not up the center of the ice. They just showed the replay didn't you see it? Not a duck around him.

No, probably not. My friend wants to go but I’m going to be sick watching them
No I meant for your cutting, I was trying to match your sick humour, but I obviously failed.

they'll be in 7th places 2 weeks if they can't get it going here soon and start picking up some points. at this point I am just hoping for 1 point games before they fall back farther,

This is very reminiscent of the playoffs last year. Under no circumstances will the Pens dump it in when coming through the neutral zone, and they are just turning it over every time up the ice.

Easy pickings for the Ducks defenders when they can just line 4 guys up on the blue line since they are 100% sure they won't have to turn and skate.
