I'm miffed as anyone, but in our 7th playoff series in 3 years, it's hard to act as though we have it so bad compared to fans of the Oilers, Panthers, ect.

Agree. Red flags the entire playoffs.

What's scary is that most of it has nothing to do with his shoulder. He is constantly getting beat and outhustled. Well...maybe his shoulder is causing him to shy away from engaging as much. Even still, if he knows he can't play the way he usually does he should have sat out b/c he hasn't helped us at all playing like ******* every night.

Remember when jagr used to outscore this entire team on the PP single handedly? Yea great call jettisoning him and never bringing him back only to bring in these pieces of absolute crap.

Nash is pathetic. Refuses to go near the net.

I was about to call everyone pathetic in sequential order but ******* it. Completely different team from 11-12. Different coaches. Same ******* atrocious, record setting PP. HOW!?

We don't deserve this

Yea we do. We don't deserve Hank, but a decent amount of our fan base actually thinks talbot is a better goalie. This fan base hates it's own team. Literally they **** on everyone except Zucc and Carcillo. They absolutely deserve this

Lack of a consistent net front presence, a playmaker from the point, our players losing nearly every puck battle.

I don't know. People blame the personnel and then that changes, people blame the coaches and that changes... you'd think it would start working eventually.

I'm pretty sure Jagr put a voodoo hex on the powerplay when Sather ran him out of town or something.

Guys the architect of this team has assembled an average team. Once the mojo and fire has been dimmed by the pens you now see the result. The scary part is all of the high picks that this team has forfeited going forward. Enjoy the third period and don't get mad. Us fans care way more then those high paid fat cats

I went into this postseason with a clear head. Even if you stuck rose-coloured glasses on me, I would still see reality.
I am so far past that point, that warning you describe. I'm here for any instant gratification I can get, because I know this team is steam and vapours mostly.

All will be reversed in the 3rd and possibly OT...We are with destiny...this is merely a moment of figment of your imaginations....We will win this game and We will win this series...LGR!!!!!!!!

Absolutely blame Mac since he was flat-out outhustled on that play.

Something is seriously wrong with him.

Yup, he has had another brutal game. Worst defense man during the post season IMO.

Can't just blame McDonagh though. He is just one of many of our stars underperforming (Nash, MSL) and key players (MZA) have been underwhelming as well.

How many coaches are we going to fire before we realize that the PP is not the fault of the coaches?

Who teaches them the decisions? As a coach, you take the players aside and you teach him what you want him to try. Throughout the season, the powerplay should have been taught to these players.

What are these gimmicky back passes, cutesy passes, or just plain reckless passes? You make a mistake like that you should be taken off the power play.

Why is G on the powerplay to even begin with?

Why is Stepan the center that is taking our face-offs when he's our worst face-off winner?

The personnel isn't ideal, and could even be the majority of the problem... but as a coach, you should be able to teach them correct fundamentals.... and those aren't there.

this team is devoid of a mental component that all the other remaining teams seem to have. it's not just the competitive edge that is missing, it's the belief in one another and leadership. it all becomes way too evident on the pp. the ****** pp is just when the symptoms boil to the surface and is more apparent because they have the puck possession longer. watching all the other teams there is a stark contrast between the rangers and everyone else.
