Want to give credit to stoll who really elevated his game in game 3 and started hitting everything everywhere. It really changed the feeling of the series for me and lead to great performances in game 4,5 and 6.

Sharks fan coming in peace... The Kings are my most hated team in the league, but I'll be rooting fr you against Anaheim. Too much respect for a team that trailed 3-0 and won 4 straight. So good luck in round 2, gents.

Cheers man. It was a well fought series.

Jonathan Quick's reaction after the game made me emotional. Puts his face in his hands and then embraces Martinez. No words to describe this guy. After all the GARBAGE we've had in net, I will never take him for granted.

Best players have to be your best players, 11, 8, and 32 stepped up.

Kopi with 10 points in 7 games, tied for the lead in the playoffs.

Richards shows up to play, Toffoli and Pearson come up big, Muzzin looks infinitely more confident and comfortable than he did 5 months ago.

Hopefully we pick up right where we left off on Saturday.

Todd McLellan's presser. Wow.

Wow is right. SOme of his answers were telling. HE was asked about the fact this is the 2nd time in 2 years tha kings beat the sharks in 7 and he said last years loss was much worse and tried to defend that. Nothing is worse that being up 3-0 and choking. He had some odd answers

From ESPN Mike Richards is the only athlete in the history of professional sports to be on 2 different teams that overcame 0-3 and win 4.
And he had a helluva game tonight.

I've lived thru 2 of these now and I feel the same pride in this team as that Friday night the Flyers beat the Bruins. It takes a HUGE amount of mental toughness to play every shift with your back to the wall for 4 straight games and come out on top. And Brown is dead on when he says this team is special and winning the Cup together gives them faith without question in the guy next to them. You can't put a price on what that means.

What a team....so much to be proud of.
Every player on the team left it all on the ice tonight and it showed. I kept thinking of Brown talking about how special they are and how much weight that faith has.

I give the guy a ton of **** but Richards had a great game and he will be an asset going forward against the Ducks if used right. He had a few scoring chances, some nice hits and a key shot block on the PK. As long as Sutter keeps him on the fourth line he will be valuable, really liked how that line worked tonight.

I was hoping he'd get a EN goal after the game he had. You saw it at times the look in his eyes that said "we're not going to lose this one".

My jaw dropped after a few of his responses. He sounded like a guy that has no answers and no plan. Just totally lost. And by the way he responded, that trend had started after the Sharks OT win in game 3.

Congrats to 8, 11, and 32 on officially getting their numbers retired by the club.

If they don't put a ****ing statue in front of Staples, I'll bring a paper mache JQ in front of Staples every morning once he retires if i have to.

I hope honda center is 70% Kings fans Sat.

Were some of the shark fans really chanting Go Kings Go at the end?

It might have been 70% left at SAP at the end that you were hearing

That 'look' in Richards eyes is why he's won championships everywhere he's played and that'look' has been sadly missing from the Flyers since they traded him and part of the reason they've been playing golf every sprintg. Never underestimate what is behind the 'look'.

And I can't believe it's 230 am here and I have to get up for work at 6. Too wired to sleep...gonna be a long afternoon tomorrow at work

First, cheers to all the classy SJ fans that have stopped by. You guys rule, keep your heads up high.

Still in complete shock and disbelief. Second best moment in Kings history. We are truly in the golden age of Kings hockey. Enjoy every moment while it lasts!!!

Someone needs to YouTube CBCs last 5 minutes of the game. The directing is outstanding. Shots of Doug Wilson, Sharks dejected, Quick after Browns goal banging his glove on his helmet... Some outstanding TV there.

If anyone finds a link to this, please fire it my way. HAVE to see it. LOVE Bob and Jim and their call, but the local production aside leaves a lot to be desired.

For the Kings accomplishments, they're rewarded by getting 7 home games in round 2.

 :handclap:

100% agree. I don't even care that he doesn't put up the points that Crosby does. Like Richards said, he could go to an East coast team and score as many goals as he wanted on some undisciplined team with zero defense -- but that would be a useless waste of a good portion of his intelligence and talent.

I am with you guys on this. Not a player in the game that's got the tools Kopi does to control the entire game. His biggest challenges are up next--Getzlaf, who he erases, and Toews, who till now has made Kopi his *****.

What a 100% full team effort. Every player had a moment tonight, exactly what you need in a game 7.

Jake Muzzin played like an elite shutdown defenseman tonight. I'll be happy to eat crow on him if he ends up a #2 compliment to Doughty. He was Ryan McDonagh incarnate today.

Forget who I was talking to about this earlier in the week...but NOW it is time for the Blue Label

That Pearson Toffoli hug after his goal is giving me chills right now. Our future. The love they all have for one another shows. That heart is what lead to us never giving in.

And that Quick hug. I'll dream of that tonight <3
