Let's hope 2014 PEARSON and TOFFOLI can be our young luck that KING and NOLAN were in 2012. Sure Toffoli and Pearson played a tiny bit in last years playoffs but this year they are making a difference. Gotta love these kids.
 
I had a rough day at work, came home....FELL ASLEEP and missed the game.....DAMN.

HaHa. I'll watch the replay at 1am.
 
Muzzin was nails. He's gotten a lot of crap around here, most of it deserved, but is evolving into something very good. To think we had all the Martinez vs. Muzzin talks, and both of them end up cranking it up a level. Good on both of them.

The best moment for me this game was watching Pearson and Toffoli making a great play like they did in Manchester earlier in the season. I can't say enough about TT's game, and it has nothing to do with his scoring. On one dump in, up 3-1, the puck took a weird bounce and SJ had a chance to counter. I see a forward jam on the breaks and start backpedaling while pointing and yelling to his teammates, directing traffic. It's T *** T. He has come so far, has always had a great attitude, and knows how to play the game. Kudos to our development system on these guys, and it shows the effect the leaders on this team have on the youth.

Also, HM to Greene, came in and played a great game tonight.

And yeah..I did say back in game 4 that if we pulled this off, it would be a huge choke job. YUP...IT IS A HUGE CHOKE JOB.

Sharks should pick up Trots in the offseason and fire TM.

God I hope not. I don't want the Sharks to learn to play suffocating defense.

I think Adam Oates would be a great fit in SJ. Do it, DW! That is, if you have a job.
 
Still in disbelief. They just got powerplay after powerplay and our Kings wouldn't break. What a showing! Probably the second greatest moment in Kings history. Fantastic. Now all we have to do is beat the Ducks and I'll be over the moon and so satisfied that it would almost not matter to me what happened next. I would expect and want a second cup, but eliminating San Jose and Anaheim would be gravy.
 
I give the guy a ton of **** but Richards had a great game and he will be an asset going forward against the Ducks if used right. He had a few scoring chances, some nice hits and a key shot block on the PK. As long as Sutter keeps him on the fourth line he will be valuable, really liked how that line worked tonight.
 
What a night Kings pull off come back and Antoni fired as Lakers coach... Best night!!!!!
 
Just got home from the game, just wow. Kopitar and Doughty just elevated their game to an incredible level tonight. So many Kings fans, just an epic night all around. No words.

For the Kings accomplishments, they're rewarded by getting 7 home games in round 2.
 
Sharks fan coming in peace... The Kings are my most hated team in the league, but I'll be rooting fr you against Anaheim. Too much respect for a team that trailed 3-0 and won 4 straight. So good luck in round 2, gents.
 
I've overslept every day this week, but you know what, I'm staying up and celebrating! Just cracked open a bottle of La Fin Du Monde and will be thoroughly enjoying this evening in which history was made.

100% agree. I don't even care that he doesn't put up the points that Crosby does. Like Richards said, he could go to an East coast team and score as many goals as he wanted on some undisciplined team with zero defense -- but that would be a useless waste of a good portion of his intelligence and talent.
