Difference being a fan than a know it all who he thinks he knows more than the professionals. There's not much discussion on here it's "fans" thinking they know more and are blowing up the team before game 1 is over

Once again, stats were posted that showed that Joe Thornton's line completely and utterly dominated Mike Richards line in last years playoffs, if we as fans have these numbers the coaches surely should as well and we as fans on a messageboard have every reason to be discussing why Sutter started the game matching up Richards against Thornton, which resulted in a goal in the 2nd shift the lines faced each other.

How can you say that we shouldn't be discussing that, what is the purpose of this board if something like this shouldn't be discussed?

How did the Kings win a cup with Carter playing where he didn't belong?

Because the Kings actually had capable linemates in Richards and Penner to play with him. Penner is gone and Richards is here in body only.

Do you really think King-Richards-Carter is the Kings best option for the second line? Come on Bandit, you are better than that, I understand you want to be loyal but the guy is done and killing Carter.

Who else do we have for the second line? A rookie with 20 career NHL games?

I like the energy the Kings have shown in the third. I like the adjustments Sutter made to the lines, it will probably to late to salvage this game, but it will be nice to have a little momentum and confidence going into game 2.

That is if Sutter doesn't just go back to the old lines.
