I do gotta ask again TJ, what do you think about a pescatarian diet?

Are fish intelligent enough to be put with other mammals or birds?

We should eat the vegans

We'll get rid of the vegans

it'll be ironic

I think they'll appreciate the irony too

Yeah. The fishing industry is destroying our oceans. The biggest problem wish fishing is the amount of **** that gets killed as bycatch. That's how we're killing most of our mammals in the ocean.

It's preferred to not eat any animals, but obviously each step down on the spectrum is preferable.

If I were to ever eat animals again, it would strictly be fish. I don't think I could ever eat any other kind of meat again.

And from an ethical perspective, yes - life is life. We shouldn't be taking any of it. Fish know wtf is up - you ever watched Finding Nemo?

I love watching TJ pretend to get all riled up for the sake of pretending to be a vegan on a internet forum  Dude is epic in his commitment you gotta admit.

Parents lose custody of child.

http://globalnews.ca/news/2816468/i...egan-diet-lands-him-in-hospital/?sf30697048=1

A 14-month-old toddler in Italy has been taken away from his parents after a strict vegan diet reportedly led to a severe case of malnutrition.

Doctors said the child’s weight was only slightly higher than that of a newborn, and blood tests revealed that his calcium levels were “the minimum needed to survive,†reports the Italian news site The Local.

The parents are idiots. This has little to do with veganism.

Parents of non-vegan children have them taken away all the time, but we don't label non-vegans as complete morons because of it.

We make a blanket statement that "non-vegans are morons" because some non-vegan parents are morons?

No, the parent is demonized, and rightfully so, regardless of his (or her) eating habits.

It's only made worse when the cause of the child's suffering, is said parent forcing those same eating habits on the child without first thinking about the child's own well-being.

If a parent was neglecting proper dietary needs of a child, and force-feeding him steak, then I would call that parent a ****ing moron, just as I do with the parents in this story, who mistakenly believed that a vegan diet was suitable for their little one.

A vegan diet is suitable for their little one. Their choice of vegan diet was not.

How come in your comparison it's a bad parent and then a bad vegan parent. Not just bad parents? You wouldn't say "oh they forcefed their child steak what ****ing ****** omnivore parents." You'd say "what ****** parents." Yet you keep coming back to the fact that the poor diet in this case was vegan. It has nothing to do with veganism.

Wrong.

Read it again:

Are you dumb? What don't you understand? You clearly are identifying veganism as the cause here.

 Because vegans who force their kids to be vegan should allow their children to make their own choices. Nobody is saying that non-vegans shouldn't allow their children the same in reverse (to be vegan if they choose) so long as they aren't being unhealthy in the process. Unfortunately, in this instance people who were vegan forced their child to be unhealthy and as such will be regarded as vegan idiot parents.

If you want to choose some fringe diet over a normal one so be it, but at least make sure you're not killing your kid in the process. If some moron force fed their kids steak and did not allow them veggies/fruit/bread/dairy and only allowed them to eat meat, I'm pretty sure we would be calling them carnivore idiots for doing the opposite, it's just you don't have people doing that as that isn't really a form of diet that seems to exist.

Are you dumb? What don't you understand? You clearly are identifying veganism as the cause here.

Their improper usage of a vegan diet with their child was the cause.

Ok, I'm lost now, what exactly are you accusing?

This case was brought on by vegan parents trying to force a vegan diet on their young child.

Fact.

My argument, throughout this whole thread, is that REGARDLESS of the dietary lifestyle of the parents (read: EVEN IF THEY WEREN'T VEGAN), they're bad parents for not taking proper care of the child.

What's not getting through?
