DeLIsle and Bedkowski are happy,Colby is happy. Can't speak for Oshawa but Attack fans are very happy with what we're seeing. Time to move forward and enjoy watching some exciting hockey!

Barlow hit the post on Friday night which was a pretty exciting moment for Oshawa fans in attendance.

A difficult day for Taos and his family.

It took a big man to come to the rink last night, watch his team play and say his goodbyes to his fans .

Gonna miss him at the rink .
Well played , Taos.
I have chatted with Taos on a regular basis when I'm walking at the Bayshore and have a ton of respect for him a very classy person. Saying goodbye and talking to him on Saturday night my respect for this young man reached an even higher level. I am going to miss him but wish him and his family all the best.

I've seen these "retro-future" jerseys on Attack socials for auction. Will the team be wearing these at some point this year or is this just strictly merchandise/auction sort of deal? They look pretty sharp.

That was a big test for this young Attack squad tonight and they performed very well in my opinion.

This team has suffered from slow starts pretty frequently in past seasons but this coaching staff has them ready to play from the opening puck drop. Very nice to see.

Early in the season still but I'm very pleasantly surprised with how competitive this group is night in and night out. This is a really fun team to watch.

The Mbuyi-Mikus-Kindree line is so fun to watch.

They play fearless.

I am pleased the boys had a great compete level .

I'd have like to see Bleicher with McDonald and Delisle in OT .

Overall no quit , great effort and well earned point

That fourth line, seemingly regardless of who is on it, is really fun to watch. That's a hungry line and they seem to be heavily involved every shift and making things happen. Kindree and Mbuyi especially have been a bright spot in the early going for me.

I thought Mikus had a pretty good night tonight and was much better than his first game of the season. I think it's a pretty big jump from the SIJHL to the OHL but once he settles in with the pace we'll see him start to shine a bit.

The team played well tonight.

All things considered this team has done very well on the competitive side this far into the season.

Tonight was a big measuring stick in the compete level that this coaching staff has instilled was seen versus the Knights. The younger group of players learned a lot from this game in confidence, compete and anytime you take a game to overtime or shootouts it shows how tight you've played a team even if that team is London.

This team will certainly take these games and build off these types of efforts forward week to week and month to month. Onwards to the 2nd of this 4 game stretch and another test Friday in Niagara.

I'm a fan of Nansi. Hoping for the best for him. How's G Smith been so far?
Nansi is a fun player. He's pretty raw but there's a lot of tools in a big 6'3" frame that make for a pretty intriguing player.

I'm a fan of Gabe Smith. He skates well and competes hard in the difficult parts of the rink. He can make a pretty decent first pass out of the zone on a breakout too.

Nansi again! +2 tonight

That first period tonight felt awfully familiar. The Attack come out with a strong period and after some self inflicted mistakes end it down 3-1. That feels like the point past versions of this team would have folded up tent and called it a night but how did this group respond? By playing arguably their best period of the season in the second to head into the third up 5-3. What a response.

Great comeback over the IceDogs .
A bit of puck luck tonight, and outscored the Dogs 5-1 in the final 40.

Must feel good for this very young rebuilding team .

Team played a good comeback win over the IceDogs.

They stumbled early on but didn't get discouraged on the effort and worked to get that blue-collar win. Good to see the team dig-in and battle back in the middle frame and close it out at the end, all good things to see this team build off of heading into the middle of this 4 game stretch.

I was just waiting for Nansi to break out. You could see flashes last year but he wasn't put in situations where he could succeed. Now watch out, 20-30 goals are not out of reach. Also classy, he gave up his number for Mbuyi.

IMO watching this team is a heck of a lot more exciting than last years team. I do miss Ceddy and Burroughs but the excitement and energy every line seems to bring this year keeps me much more interested.

Another fun night at the Bayshore. I thought the Attack largely dominated play but the score didn't really reflect that through 40 minutes. I didn't like the goal to make it a 2-1 game at the end of the 2nd on a breakdown off a key faceoff in the dying seconds. The Petes fed off that and quickly tied it up in the third but credit to the Attack who turned it up and potted 5 unanswered to close it out. The Attack forecheck gave the Petes fits all night. 5 out of 6 points so far with another game left to play on the holiday Monday. Pretty darn good week so far.

Very strong effort, Petes goalie held them in for two periods. Love the young line, playing. with a lot of jam. Goalie position looks way better than last year. No cheap goals.

Have to keep pointing out how good the Smith/Bleicher pair continues to be. Plus three again tonight, both making smart, strong plays to create offence and good breakouts. They've hardly been out for a goal against this year.

Nansi's breakout continues, he's going to be a handful for teams for years.

Already enjoying this team so much more than last year's edition. Wray has brought back that blue collar mentality to thks team in just 7 games.

And 1/2 price pizza on Tues. I was thinking last week we might not see that to often this season and the boys go out and nail it for us. Good to chat last night are you sitting in those seat all the time?

This team has started to make some noise of late which is nice to see.

Last night the team really showed how to flex their offensive muscles against a young team who had some very good pieces that will be a tough team to play against in Peterborough.

The big key difference that I've seen in the past couple of games is even when the boys stumble and the opposition capitalizes on their opportunities the group doesn't get discouraged and they dig their heels in and turn the game their chances into stats on the gamesheet.

Last night's game showed that even when we looked like the team got into defensive trouble they didn't let Peterborough get too much momentum and came away with a big 7-2 win in the 3rd game in this 4 game stint. The other big key thing I noticed was putting Koprowski in the crease he's a big goalie who has a large coverage of the crease even when he covers the lower half of the net.

Onward to North Bay Monday and the final game in this 4 game stretch.
