LOL, I love your professional assessment! Seriously I totally get your reference and it's an admirable trait for sure. Should be a really solid year in OS looking forward to the tilts with our Knights, hopefully we can keep up. The guts your team showed in last year's playoffs considering the mess of the roster was special imo. What do you all think about your coach? Thought he struggled a bit in the playoffs but again he was missing so much of his skill on the bench perhaps tough to cast judgement?
The new goaliecoach is also GM of St Thomas Stars.
I wonder if the Attack will place a few B carded players there ?

That's an interesting point. For what it's worth, Elitepropects has Caledon Bombers as the Attack's affiliate team, which if I'm not mistaken has been St Mary's in recent years. St Thomas could make sense given the connections though. Something interesting to watch as it seems Owen Sound intends to have some B carded affiliate players this season.

I get to hear the latest juice at times, most times true, but i heard it monday and still nothing, so i should maybe shoot my source, lol
Well, if Bryant told Jackson, that’s a pretty good source. We’ll have too see how true

Degray likes to make deals before the season if possible, maybe he's working on something as we type.

As we know deals rarely transpire how us fans believe, there's a lot of moving parts

It would be an odd player to move. Could be a more complex deal with other players/pieces involved though. Unless there's an upgrade coming back to Owen Sound I'm not really sure why you'd move Bryant. If it was two players out for one back then maybe? We know logically there is likely moves to be made with how many forwards are in the picture just wouldn't have figured a player like Bryant would be involved. If it does involve Niagara, they only have 1 OA rostered as of now, that could have something to do with the theoretical discussions.

I agree, I think he has value for sure, not the first time I've been wrong, but we will see. Certainly a log jam at the F position

Couple of interesting free agents on the rookie camp roster, notably on defense.

06 Jack Paquette - 5'11" 194lbs 14G 16A 94PIMS in 35 games in the EOJHL
06 Maxim Dirracolo - 6'3" 194lbs 7G 42A 197PIMS in a combined 95 games between the U18 ETAHL and AAA Barrie teams.

As unlikely as it is that any free agents crack the roster they do seem to fit the current DeGray type player in that they are big, can score a bit and are hard to play against. In my estimation, there's really only one roster spot potentially available currently and that's as a depth defenseman.

I'll be interested in seeing how their skating stacks up

You guys are sour because i was right? We went over this a while ago, lol
I'll let you tell them next time,

Not sour, just pretty obvious where the info was coming from. I actually thought you were right yesterday, said as much, it make sense that Bryant would tell his teammates.

Good trade given the circumstances...
I would think that as far as hockey guys, thats about as good as one can get. I would have to think that Bryant asked for a trade for them to do it, but Waddick probably is a better hockey player, 28 goals on Niagara would be a hard thing to do.

Not obvoius at all, but to the trade, looks like you got more skilled and a year younger, not sure if he plays centre or LW though

Are there other circumstances behind this trade? Waddick is a nice pickup and the 3rd round pick evens out the service time difference, but Bryant seemed to be a core player for this team. Shoring up the 05 age group is a plus, but I'm confused about what this trade says about the Attack this season.

Not to mention, there's still an overage forward to trade.

Yes there was more to it

Waddick steps in as our #3 goal scorer
