MSG fans flipping the middle finger bird at Panthers players behind Bobrovksy's net as they celebrate the win.

Bennett asked to be traded because he kept getting put on 4th line in Calgary. He wanted to play center, but they had Lindholm, Monahan & Backlund ahead of him, so they tried him at LW, but it never seemed to work there.
It's crazy that they couldn't make it work out. Bennett's playoff numbers were really good with Calgary too. Playoff performer!

He's being interviewed now by Shawn McKenzie.

Rangers were never in the same league as the Panthers.
It's been the Shesterkin show since the Hurricanes series. They can't get away with playing a period of good hockey while hoping that their goalie stops everything forever.

Drury's team now. Actually Gorton did most of the heavy lifting but Drury can't finish the job.

I really think we got something good with Gorton and we are lucky to have him.
The don't have enough karakter. They need Anderson, Dvorak, Gallagher! That is a LOT of karakter. Rags crashed and burned several time in playoffs now. I don't have faith in Gorton. Let's do another rebuild!!! :D

Well,

At least they don't have to worry about Kreider 'accidentally' sliding into their goalie and having him knocked out of the series...

Too early to tell but he's inbetween imo. If Gallant didn't f*** up his development early he'd probably be a perennial PPG by now easily.

Too early to tell he's not generational? Lafreniere?

Look - i've been one of his biggest defenders, and kept thinking he'd bounce back, and kept saying people were crazy to call him a bust, but at the same time there's absolutely no chance in hell he's anything close to generational.

There have been 10 generational players in the history of the NHL. Maybe ~15-20 if you want to be more generous. Lafreniere isn't ever going tom come close to being a top 20 players in NHL history.

As for Gallant/Rangers messing up his development - yes, I agree with that, they didn't do a good job. But I also think you don't just blame the Rangers, but also the player himself, and a lot of it is therefore on Lafreniere. A better player would have found a way to do better than he did so far.

This month was the 10th anniversary of Kreider's hit on Price, his peak as NHL's Goalie-Runner. Every single hockey fan knew of his reputation. Back then, he led the league in goalie interference penalties, he steamrolled over Anderson, Rask, Halak, Holtby, a few others. Yes, it's awhile ago, but he singlehandedly shortened Price's career so he earns a lifetime supply of "F*** You".

For real, can never cheer for that scumbag. Hopefully the Cats close out the series at home.
