Improving shot should be pretty straight forward. Quinn Hughes was in the same position and worked on it this summer. Now he has matched career high goals in 24gp.

Shot is 1 thing and mentality is another. We'll see how he develops but he doesnt look for shot too often

I didnt like it last year because Marchenko literally looked to shoot as soon as the puck hit his stick. This year he makes plays and has more thought behind his play.

He has been much better. He's getting less love than deserved I think because the team still is finding ways to lose games when they really shouldn't. He's stealing this one tonight, Korpisofty has helped too.
