Rohrer, Morrison, Pinelli, Beck came to play. Kill off a 2-man short and score right away to make it 4-0. All it is is one game. You need 4 to advance,

Missed most of this game tonight due to prior commitments. Nice redemption game for Ottawa. Surprised to see the floor was so tilted in the 67's favor. Picked it up at 7-0 and the 67's just dominated EVERY shift. Would have loved to have been a fly on the wall after last night's game. Oshawa looked defeated tonight. Hopefully the 67's can wrap it up Saturday!

Wild game so far. Both teams decided to turn it up in the mid portion of the second period. I guess when the puck crosses the line after a whistle it is only applicable in Oshawa as a goal??

You are obviously not at the game but listening to the broadcasting experts. Any semblance to reality is accidental.

Find me where the puck crossed the line and I'll quit these boards for a year

Highly entertaining game. Glad they played some competitive games during the series instead of the whole thing being a cake walk, should have them in great form for round 2.

Pinelli really boosting his draft stock so far.

Yup. Do what I can do 5 hours away where you are working and the OHL app is your best friend. Sounds like you could have used me though based on the horrendous attendance figures this series.... 🤔

Promise?

It was a good game, with Oshawa really coming out strong in the first, then an even second period with Ottawa controlling the third.

Morrison and Mintyukov are absolute studs. It’s hard to remember and believe that this was a first place team prior to their arrival.

From round 2 vs the Petes onwards, it’s going to be excellent competition for the Barberpoles.

67's get it done in 5. Congrats to Oshawa for a challenging series with relatively entertaining matches. Two blowout games but rest were pretty close.

So obviously the Slush Puppy Centre experiment was a bust based on the hordes of prople attending games. Lol. The ones that were there though made it sound loud on TV.

67's now 10-3 all time on playoff series victories against Oshawa.....

Not stirring anything up. Just curious why Cameron wasn't in the handshake line? Was he on the bench in the third period? I was sitting up behind the bench so couldn't see.

He went out for the third (and nearly face-planted halfway across the ice).

Slush Puppie is a very nice Junior facility, but Ottawa fans are very picky. Saturday afternoon is not usually a big crowd. I cannot comment, because I go to these things.

Oshawa played hard, as you would expect in an elimination game. They got the officials that they needed. But, they seemed to rely on 2 lines and 4 D and those guys looked beat at the end of the game. Facing elimination and only manage 3 shots in the third of a tie game? Tired group.

What is your time reference remember the franchise goes a long way back I am sure they have played each other more than 123 times in the
First series against them was in 1972. I think Bill Long was coaching at that point and Howard Darwin was owner.
1972 - 67's win series 4-3
1979 - 67's win series 4-2
1980 - 67's win series 4-1
1982 - 67's win series 4-3
1983 - Generals win series 4-1
1984 - 67's win series 4-0
1988 - 67's win series 4-3
1989 - 67's win series 4-2
1991 - Generals win series 4-1
1997 - Generals win series 4-2
2008 - 67's win series 4-2
2019 - 67's win series 4-0
2023 - 67's win series 4-1

100% with you on this my friend !

Games played and refs by humans but corrected by machines. Showing off all their human officiating errors, asking fans to have faith in them. Best throw all this technology out the window and just go with the humanly calls, good or bad. "Game On"
The iPads absolutely need to go in the trash.
Perfect example occured in the last period of the Wolves/Pete's series.
Musty threw a questionable hit behind the Pete's net in a scrum of players.
Play proceeded out of the Pete's end.
Arm went up when the puck was already in the neutral zone because the Pete's player stayed down, and the ref used the iPad to make the call, and determine who the "offender" was.
Some will say that is "making the right call".
I say that is not making the call at all.
