He looked like ass yesterday. There is no sugar coating it. At least 3 goals were completely stoppable. The overtime goal was the worst.

Sens dominated that game last night and found a way to lose.

I thought all 5 goals were probably stoppable ones.

The Konecny breakaway goal was definitely a forgivable one, but the shot came from some distance and he didn’t look great on it.

Goals 1 was a one timer and fairly forgivable, but everything else was just really bad. Goal 2 was a trickler, goal 4 he looked completely clueless on with the rebound. OT winner was bad.

He was the Flyers best player.

Sens been burned so much recently with 1 year UFA dudes walking that they potentially just shot themselves in the foot trying to not repeat history.

Are we really that worried he's this, and not the goalie he was in Boston though?

It feels like a rough start more than Korpisalo 2.0

To be clear, I don't mean Boston numbers. I just meant legit starter territory.

He really sucked last night, but ive seen every top goalie play a horrendous game.

He didn't come to Ottawa with the reputation of sucking like Korpisalo, couple that with Ottawa's d core not being the best, especially with Sanderson looking like he's taken a step back this year and you'll have those games.

Ullmark I would say has stolen, or been the main contributing factor to a win so far this year, too.

Basically in January we'll have a better understanding, maybe even the end of the year, but I would think early on he's more fine than bad and seem to have given the sens confidence to be more aggressive than previously.

He was too slow and could have been in better position in goal 1.

Swayman 8 more years,
is worse than both.
Is it? If Ullmark sucks for this contract, dragging the team down don't you think that has a possibility of creating a ripple effect to other players? Will Brady want to stay after wasting the prime his career in sub mediocrity?

I mean, Yes it is currently, Sway is worse atm, and LU makes 5 million atm.

It always hurts players to miss the start of the season. I think the younger better goaltender, on a team known for figuring it out will probably come back to at least reasonable. The older goaltender on the bad defensive team is a much larger question mark.

If Brady leaves that's going to be a much larger problem than 8 years of Sway.

It could be an eternal rebuild.

Yes UllMark mising part of exhibition season, then missing some games in regular season with a nagging injury hasn’t helped.

Ya tied for second in the league in xGA/60 at 5 on 5, sure screams bad defensively 🤣,

if anyone should know it’s you with how they dominated your team at home.

Sorry, thant one stung you a little.

My team? Oh, you don't know who my team is. But you are now desperately trying to change the subject from the Sens shit show to something else. If you want to talk about something else go to a thread about whatever that is.

Back on to the thread at hand. This year for sure will be the year for them right? You have been wrong about this for how many years now? Or will your cherry picked stat not matter because the Sens are paying their goaltender over $8m to crap all over himself with his .890%? You sound more like you are agreeing with me than disagreeing.

If Ullmark continues to shit the bed does the rebuild start in 2027 and they try to get some draft picks for Brady? Or do they just hope he wants to stay and be the best playoff player to never get to play in the playoffs?

Lmao, reading comprehension still eh, UllMark makes 5 million, yes he needs to be better after coming off injury.

You were wrong when saying bad defensively,

Also 5th in shots against per game vs 18th for you guys.

Wait til your goalie chokes in playoffs once again, despite good regular seasons for a while now.
Go Argos😉

You embarrassed yourself when saying bad defensively, when it was easily proven wrong.

You seem to be painfully unaware thay Ullmark has an extension. Or is this just more of you try to change the subject because it is so painful for you? Are you actually going to answer any of my questions? Or are you so tilted that you are just going to run away from them?

Maybe if you can't handle the subject of the thread it's time for you to take a break. It seems to be really reeking havoc with you. You seem to want to talk about anything else but the subject. Maybe come back when the Sens are good.

It's also hilarious you checked my post history to find out who my teams are and then your try to get under my skin as a Winnipeg sports fan. LMAO! Good luck with that! Maybe you can cherry pick another stat that shows just how bad Ullmark is, that would really bother me!

Still with the reading comprehension, even though I already pointed out where you were wrong. Truth hurts dude, when are you going to admit you were wrong on bad defensively.

You: the Sens are paying their goaltender over $8m to crap all over himself with his .890%? Like I told you the first time it’s 5 million this year.

Yes I’m aware of the extension, was just informing you it hadn’t kicked in yet, as you didn’t seem to know that.
So wrong again on 2 counts dude.
Do some research before you chirp, , and I won’t have to keep correcting you.

Defensively there better than your team analytically, you just have better goaltending this year.

If you aren’t going to do any background research before you chirp, I’m wasting my time, doing it for you.
