Round of 16 set. Should be tighter matches. Don't know how it will all play out but the Columbia-Jamaica post match party should be epic!:laugh:

Went on a baseball trip this past weekend; Boston, NY Yankees & Philly. I would love to have an outdoor stadium with the Expos playing in it in MTL :cry:

The semis are set and more than a little disappointed with how my girls performed,a rather feeble effort against Spain.And let me tell y'all,Japanese performed terribly as well and there nothing more delightful than a morose pouting mrs on the verge of seppuku to liven up the crowd and put a smile on everybody's face.:shakehead

Canada just qualified for the Olympics in men's basketball for the 1st time since 2000. They were down by 12 going into the 4th quarter to Spain (who are the defending World Cup Champions). Canada came back to win by 3 with SGA leading the way and outsourced Spain in the 4th quarter by himself 13-12.

I'd wager most people here don't even know there's a basketball world cup going on right now featuring a Canadian team that's talented enough to win it all. Almost no mention of it on TV either, it's just sad.

Pre-programmed bug. My post about F1 anthem singers was merged with my earlier post about Tennis. Since those two things shouldn't be merged, I tried to have them split -- but you replied while I was doing so.

Poor conservative call on that 3rd and seventeen. You have to at least try and pressure Mahomes to throw early.
