Well, I'm glad to hear that the suspension upheld. I love how ESPN and some other media outlets and wannabees are trying to make it sound like Norman was at fault for causing OB Jr, for reacting the way he did. Some people... :shakehead

No hockey means watching the Lakers.

This team is ****ing pathetic. Absolutely POS. Jim Buss, GM of the year.

Still don't know how they won 5 games already.

The Lakers are just painful, like worse than the Dark day Kings.

That is saying something, Dear lord they are awful.

One of my buddy's had the best quote of the night, the last Lakers game we went too. "These guys are so bad, you can't look away".

what annoyed me a bit was the Giants trying to justify his antics by blaming bats and trash talk during warm ups, the great ones use that as motivation and not as excuses for flipping out and having a mediocre game

Seahawks are just like the Kings. They love disappearing against absolute **** teams, but are near unstoppable when firing on all cylinders.

I think that was the first win in Seattle in 11 years. They'll end up 8-8 and everyone will pat themselves on the back saying how they had a good season...WRONG!

The Dodger FO are little *****es. Wussying (you know I really wanted to put P) out of someone who isn't anywhere close to being guilty of what he is accused of. **** you, Friedman!

This is probably the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen.

As a Bucks fan (don't ask me why lol), I agree, this is embarassing. It's great to be proud of snapping that streak but this is pushing it a bit too far to say the least. For a team that made the playoffs last year, which could have honestly been a fluke, some people in Milwaukee have set their standards incredibly low.

Chip Kelly with USC's offensive talent would sure be fun to watch but I wouldn't count on any National Championships playing his way. We'll see where he ends up.

Still no idea why USC committed to Helton before the carousel really got rolling. Utah and UCLA were ok wins, but both teams were on the way down after hot starts and they got destroyed by Oregon and Staford.

Not like any other team in the country waa going to try and poach Helton.

Pat Haden is a nice guy but he is just completely clueless as an AD.

Recruiting purposes mainly, unless you wanted to wait until January for a fired NFL coach or as far as right before signing day if they go far enough.

1. USC largely recruits itself. Even with UCLA back to relevancy, they are the dominant force in a talent rich part of the country.

2. Since 2010 USC's class rankings (via Rivals) have been 1, 4, 8, 13, 10, 1 and they have gone 8-5, 10-2, 7-6, 10-4, 9-4, 8-5. I think getting a truly elite coach worthy of coaching the program is more important than recruits that have largely fizzled since PC left town.

I highly doubt anyone going to a team with no coach or staff. Even during the sanctions there was stability in the coaching staff

It's one year where they may end up down in the rankings, and they are down by USC standards even with Helton.

We finished with the #50 class last year transitioning over from Harbaugh who came on board about this time last year. Not a single person is sweating it because we finally have a game changer on the sideline, and this year recruiting is where we expect it to be, currently the #2 overall class.

USC could survive one down year in recruiting if it means getting that homerun hire, but they really hate to look to the outside it seems, despite the fact that Pete Carroll himself was an outside hire.
