Not sure how good this bloke is, but considering how important QBs are, why did Seattle trade a star QB?Personally I kinda cant stand Russell Wislon but hes a legit quarterback. Should be an exciting season!

Don’t worry they’re gonna trade for Deshaun. Should go over well.I think they're in for some dark days too. Time to re-tool/re-build.
He did win the Walter Peyton man of the year and one of his detractors is brash Richard Sherman so consider the source. Not sure how good this bloke is, but considering how important QBs are, why did Seattle trade a star QB?

Rumours were he's looking at Mahones type of money. 50M range.
I'll take another 6 years of Lock level QBs before I pay a good one /sPay the dude $40-$45M and be done with it. Spotrac's got his estimated value at $42M/year.
I'm not the biggest Russ fan in the world, but holy cripes - you guys want a top shelf QB.......AND you don't want to pay him?.......Wishful thinking.
His best leverage is right now with the ntc. So if he wants to push to get an extension done now this is the time to do it.Pay the dude $40-$45M and be done with it. Spotrac's got his estimated value at $42M/year.

The Rockies saw the Broncos make a blockbuster move so they had to make one of their own
Seattle is going to rebuild. Their team has been awful for a while now, Wilson was the only player holding them up. I fully expect them to hit rock bottom next season and finish in the bottom three. Not sure how good this bloke is, but considering how important QBs are, why did Seattle trade a star QB?
Has more to do with the fact that he has two years remaining on his current contract. I don't want to commit big money to the guy when he'll be entering his age 36 season at the start of his new deal.Pay the dude $40-$45M and be done with it. Spotrac's got his estimated value at $42M/year.

It is a damn shame that forcing Monfort to sell was not one of the conditions to end the lockout.
Broncos have two of them. That kid is probably gonna go in the 3rd
