As a sicko… I loved this game. Pure and utter nonsense. Also, is Wilson just bad and did Carroll carry him?

Not sure how Hackett survives this embarrassment. I'd be down there firing him right this second and getting Sean Payton on the phone asap.

This is a f***ing joke, let's call it, and try and fix the mess with a guy who can actually coach.

Hamler was wide open.
I yelled at the TV the second I saw Hamler make his cut, I knew he was open there was no safety there, how a pro a qb misses that is insane.

Hamler was pissed.

They had schefter on the fan this am - the Broncos ain’t gettin Sean Payton.

The Saints still have his rights somehow and will want a first or at very least a second for Payton. and the Donkeys traded those away for Russ.

I think he broke his helmet on the field

Payton has term left on his Saints contract. That is why.

There are other teams who would be looking to hire Payton like Dallas and such. Saints dealt their first this draft to Philly so if they got a first this year that would trump waiting another season for it from Denver.

I don't even know what to say about Russ. I just have no words how a seasoned vet misses that read. Hamler was read 1 and was wide the f*** open. Absolutely no excuse to miss that one. Could you imagine if Lock was the one who missed that one. The outrage would be absolutely through the roof.

It's pretty obvious that he is just not putting in the work to understand the plays that are being called.

Manning spent all of his time making sure he understood the game plan, the reads, the play calls, the audibles, the possible defensive alignments and how to exploit them, etc.

Russ to me is an appearance guy. Like he gives off the vibe of I'm working my butt off, but it's all a f***ing show. He's more concerned about his next social appearance or commerical than taking the time to understand the playbook.

Yeah it is. Two firsts and two seconds from 2022 and 2023.
It doesn't even matter though the Broncos are beyond f***ed. They gambled everything for a garbage ass qb, who's game has fallen off a cliff.

We'll see what happens but this might go down as one of the worst trades in the history of the franchise. It's not looking good let just call it that for now.

I still won't cut the coaching slack for the dogshit playcalling, but I won't defend Russ. Terrible reads. He's just not trying.

Living in Pacific Northwest seen a boatload of the Seahawks and Russ over the past decade. I’ve never seen him this off in that decade.

They guys has like no rapport with his guys. He had a great connection with Baldwin, Lockett and even a young and raw Metcalf.

Not seeing anything close to that with Sutton, Jeudy, Hamler.

I didn’t expect the 20 something year old Russ who was dangerous because of his legs. But now he’s not moving the pocket. Like he has this desire to prove to everyone that he can consistently win from the pocket like Brady and Manning. That’s not his game. He needs to roll out more.

Can’t recall Russ throwing a desperation pick like his first one into the end zone. He almost never put it up for grabs.

The second pick he was late and behind his WR. That happens but in that situation he needed to protect the FG attempt. Reminds me of the game late last year vs Chicago where he held onto the ball trying to make a play and took a 10 yard plus sack. Meyers ended up missing the FG from over 40 yards. He was having a bad season so Russ knew to not take the sack but did anyways.

As for the last play. Play gets drawn up. Whether by design that is supposed to go to his left he needs to read the coverage. Gilmore is on Sutton so pre snap find the mismatch. Ends up kind of side arming it throw a crease in the pocket and Gilmore makes a great play on it. If you are going to cook have to win pre snap. He didn’t .

Letting Russ cook so far has meant the Bronocs are going hungry for TDs. 5 offensive TDs in 5 games.
