Lincoln Riley...a coach terrified of losing two or three games a season in the SEC.

Smart guy, all the teams who always beat him in the playoff are going to be on his conf slate every year.

The road to the playoff in the Pac12 is so much easier. Oregon isn’t a top 10 team in country and they were in over way better teams like 1 loss Notre Dame and Michigan up until a couple weeks ago.

twitter is blocked at my work so I can't post the tweet, but
Right-handed reliever Daniel Hudson and the Los Angeles Dodgers are nearing an agreement on a one-year deal, sources tell ESPN. When completed, it’s expected to be for around $7 million.

Meet Texas and Oklahoma, the Nebraska's of the SEC.

I was briefly going over some of the demands and maybe I'm too tired but I had to rub my temples. No idea what kind of system they want to shift to. They also mentioned expanding the playoffs to 14 teams.

My favorite part about the negotiations:
"The final discussions between leaders from both sides Wednesday afternoon lasted seven minutes."

Is there a shittier player in the NBA than Russell Westbrook? If so, I haven't seen him. He can't defend, he can't shoot, constantly turns it over, airballs free throws, and seems like he forgets where he is sometimes.

I'm not sure what the Lakers were thinking with this all AARP team but it didn't work for me on paper and it's certainly not playing out very well so far.

I liked Seager but always figured he'd walk when the time came (I was a big TRADE SEAGER guy for a while...until his MVP playoff performance). Glad he did what he did for us but hard pass at that term and number. He won't stay healthy and his defense is already in decline, he won't stay at short much longer.

More than a little late on this but I felt this year that Seager's best days were already behind him.

He might compile some numbers if he has a healthy season later in his career but his peak performance brought the Dodgers a championship.

Turner might comparatively been playoff bunk but at least he won't be backhand slapping balls into the outfield all season, we can work on that part as we go along and figure out the new roster, it's time the Dodgers start turning back internally to prospect building, losing a guy like Josiah Grey hurts a lot more now, need to restock a bit.

It seems the NFL just welcomes controversy. Here we have another blatant missed PI call again benefitting the same team that caused the rule change a couple of years ago. And on top of missing the call they penalize the player for complaining? Ugly ugly ugly. Seattle is basically done anyways, so it's not a huge deal to them, but imagine if this is next week and Minnesota is fighting for their playoff lives? Just a bad look for the NFL (again).

As far as going back to the way they did it for the one season. The last time was a disaster with teams just using the PI challenge strategically, like when they throw an incomplete pass on 4th down late and there was no PI. But at this point even that was better than what we saw in that game tonight. You would think they could have some kind of eye in the sky type system where a team can challenge any penalty or non-penalty twice a game and it can quickly be confirmed by an official watching a replay, no need for the on-field ref to look at a review. Carroll challenges that play tonight it is overturned almost immediately, and in cases it's not you give the team a 15 yard penalty.

Pac-12 football officiating crews are now free for NFL duty?

The legend. If you watched the PAC-12 for many years, you know his greatness. Glasses Ref.

Ohio State failed to sell 7k of their 20k Rose Bowl tickets. lol
Shows how irrelevant the Pac-12 and Rose Bowl are in college football today. The Rose Bowl now only matters when it is part of the college football playoff.

The Pathetic-12 Conference won zero, zilch, nada bowl games. What a POS.

This is the worst the Pac-12 has ever been. A team that went 6-3 in the conference lost to the 3rd best team in the MAC.

The Pac-12 is irrelevant until SC returns to prominence.
