Man, the Rams sucked. Did McVay even scout the Niners? They punched the Rams in the face all night long, and completely embarrassed them on MNF. Another game of bad play calling too. They tried too hard to make OBJ a big factor in his first game, and it didn't work at all. He just didn't look ready for the Rams offense.

the Robert Woods loss is huge. He was such a vital cog in that offense. They are razor thin on skill players. Personally, I don’t think OBJ is going to make much of a difference.

on Defense, they need teams to pass. They are soft as Charmain up front. They have been smacked in the mouth two weeks in a row and have had zero ability to adjust. When the Offense struggles, the D is in trouble because teams don’t need to pass in order to catch up with the Rams.

they have mortgaged the future on a 6th seed team that will most likely get bounced in the 1st round.

The 49ers hold the longest current winning streak against a single team and that team is the Rams for now 5 games in a row, iirc.

Former NFL and Arizona State football/wrestling great Curley Culp has announced he is battling pancreatic cancer. God Bless Curley.

Here's a little video of Curley wrestling for ASU.

3 losses in a row for the Rams. Once again, McVay made some real head scratching calls. 4th and 1 barely at the 30 on their 1st drive and he goes for it. GB got 3 points and took a 10-0 lead.

Lincoln Riley...a coach terrified of losing two or three games a season in the SEC.

Looks like Scherzer is going to the Mets for 130mil over 3 years. Would have been nice to keep him around, but not at that price.

Holy Snikes!

I am going to give my Met fan friend a bunch of shit over this. He gives me a bunch of crap when the Doyers sign someone.
Dude 43 mil a year for a 37 year old?

Annnnnnd Seager to Texas. Boy was that trade for Turner big.

Pretty sure they felt he was going to walk, which is part of the reason for the trade.

10 year @ 325m is a lot. When he is healthy and in a groove, he is unstoppable. But for a guy that has never hit 30 hr or driven in 100 RBI.....Good no pass by the Dodgers brass. They can use the $460 million (Seager and Scherzer) for other things.

I never thought that Corey Seager would be re-signed. Scott Boras clients always go for the most money. If Corey were playing 150 games a year that would be one thing. But he is rarely healthy. Not a good investment at all. When the Dodgers traded for Trae Turner the writing was on the wall.

I liked Seager but always figured he'd walk when the time came (I was a big TRADE SEAGER guy for a while...until his MVP playoff performance). Glad he did what he did for us but hard pass at that term and number. He won't stay healthy and his defense is already in decline, he won't stay at short much longer.

The Seattle Seahawks are a dumpster fire.

Now, watch the Rams lose to them in three weeks.
