Gardner McKay
RIP, Jimmy.
I tried chasing vodka with maple syrup last night.
Nebehfua, Pls. Chase vodka with Maple Crown or Honey Jack. That will put some hair on your cajones.

btw I'm definitely watching True Detective @ 9 regardless of how this game plays out.
Just to burn off all the gunk from christmas. Ideally Id like to go from 195 to 180 with about a body fat reduction to about 12%.
I usually try a new system every year. If I like I stick with it for the entire year. If I don't I revert back to my favorite exercise system (so far the original P90X). I usually go hard from March-Novemeber and then take off December, January & February.
This one is by the same guy who created insanity but it is a 25 minute program. It is perfect for me since I really don't have 1 hour + to dedicate to exercising when I am traveling. I can take this with me and do it in my hotel room for 25 minutes and be done.
Talking about weight loss, I weighed in at 186 at the doctor's office 5-6 weeks ago. I weighed in at 174 the other day. Trying to make a conscious effort to diet right.
Awesome!
It's a process. Aim for clean food 75% of the time. Cheat days are important for a couple of reasons: 1) they keep you sane and 2) they show you how much better you feel on the days you eat right.

I keep telling myself to go to the gym but I never go although I'm going to start playing basketball again at least once a week until the summer where it'll most likely be closer to three to four times a week
These high-intensity workouts are a great way to burn off the holiday fat. I just looked at the website and it seems to have all the right ingredients for fat loss: Short rest periods, band work, etc.. The one thing I can't stress enough though is that the workout is merely there to supplement your diet. You can't out-exercise a bad eating routine.
You can drop 15 pounds in 8 weeks if you're discipline in the kitchen. There are a million different strategies and there's no right or wrong way to do things. It all comes down to what works for you but the magic number is 3500. You lose a pound for every 3500 calorie deficit you create. So if your maintenance level is 2200 calories, then you can eat 15400 calories over the course of the week and neither gain nor lose weight. So if you want to lose 1lb over the course of a week eat (15400 - 3500) 11900 calories. Divide those up over seven days however you want. 1700 if you want to be consistent. Or lower for six days if you want to throw in a cheat day. Don't worry too much about macornutrient content but there are ways to structure your meals to take advantage of your hormones and your metabolism.
I've started playing soccer again after like 8 months of lazy
Running feels more comfortable every day

Anyone watch The Walking Dead?
True detectives playing out exactly how I thought it would from episode two. Still waiting for the big twist to become apparent. Everything has been too linear thus far.
The last episode was great. Does lawnmower man have facial scars or was I seeing things?
OMG yessssss. Beth wants the D. Or she's dyin. One of the two.
Also, regarding exercise I believe playing 60 mins of hockey 3 times a week with extra practice time in should cover it for me.
