I need some LIRR help. I never took it before and I need to sometime next week and I have no idea how to buy a ticket. I'm going from Atlantic Terminal to Mineola. Apparently I need to take the Hempstead train to Jamaica and then the Port Jefferson train to Mineola. I know it's an off-peak ticket, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do aside from going to a ticket machine. Which machine do I use, and do I get a free transfer at Jamaica?

Well, once you find a ticket machine (Atlantic Terminal WOAT), you chose 'One way', then 'Atlantic terminal to another station', then choose 'Mineola'. Buy the ticket, and it gets printed.

On the train, the conductor will take it, clip part of it, and tell you to transfer in jamaica. Get off in Jamaica. Generally, the transferring train should be on the other side of the same platform. On the second train, the conductor will know that you came from atlantic terminal, and transferred.

There's really nothing to worry about.

I usually don't give a **** about the Oscars, but this year ... god damnit do I want Jared Leto win the Best Supporting Actor.
 
As a canucks fan you guys were 100% right on torts! The guy kills offensive hockey and this is the most boring canucks team I can remember watching. Even when we win it's boring ass no offense hockey with zero entrainment value. Not to mention the circus torts created today by starting lack in the heritage classic! Boooo torts!

Just to burn off all the gunk from christmas. Ideally Id like to go from 195 to 180 with about a body fat reduction to about 12%.

I usually try a new system every year. If I like I stick with it for the entire year. If I don't I revert back to my favorite exercise system (so far the original P90X). I usually go hard from March-Novemeber and then take off December, January & February.

This one is by the same guy who created insanity but it is a 25 minute program. It is perfect for me since I really don't have 1 hour + to dedicate to exercising when I am traveling. I can take this with me and do it in my hotel room for 25 minutes and be done.
