High school was way easier, much fewer responsibilities. I would come home and play roller hockey 3-4 days a week.

Live it up man. You got under a year and a half. In a year you'll likely have to figure out your job situation or grad school or volunteer work or what not.

Thursday night. Get belligerent.

I personally hated high school, so much ******** and drama. Have much preferred my college experience and am very looking forward to graduate school next year.

I loved but also ****ing hate high school.

I semi-enjoy college. It hasn't been the best years of my life like people said they'd be, but they've been pretty sweet.

I drink a lot more than I thought I would that's for sure.

Graduate school =/= undergraduate w.r.t. social life

If you love learning and eating instant ramen noodle, you'll love graduate school.

Grad school is like college except

Fewer friends
The awkward feeling of being too old to be on campus/relax on campus
Little to no free time
3.0 is the new minimum passing grade
3 and a half hour classes
Oh, and 95% of the people you grew up with are married and have jobs.

That MBA couldn't get finished quick enough when I was in it.

It depends where you go to school.

I went to a big university and had a ****ing blast. It's been almost a year now and I still think about it all the time.

My sister goes to a small liberal arts school and is still fighting for off campus housing as a junior.

Every school is different.

Every major is different, as well.

Math, Engineering, Chemistry are killers

Sociology, English, "Liberal Arts" are nothing.

So it depends on what your focus is.

Every person is different.

I don't know that it's fair to say that some majors are nothing, though.

Yooo crazy thundersnow here. Shook the entire house, made my car alarm go off.

What I have heard as well. Prepping for the GMAT now. Gotta just crank it out.

I'm rather introverted as it is already, only have like 6 or 7 people I'd consider friends. Don't think that will change a lot in Grad school for me lol.

I'm going to be earning around 34.5K next year as a stipend. Around 1.2-1.4k a month will go to rent/lease (I'll be in Boston). That'll leave me around 1.2-1.4k for everything else...I can eat pretty well for around 200-250 month.

I love working in the lab and neuroscience, long work days go by quickly for me in the lab. I can handle that work load.

To be specific, I didn't mean any degree from a liberal arts college, I attended one. I meant a "liberal arts" degree that doesn't involve taking a class above 200 level in any subject.

Covering your tracks now :sarcasm: I'm in my 2nd year and am in 300 level. have been power-learning because I want to get into some sort of linguistic classes too. Am fascinated by other languages.

I lost track on what year I am because I switch majors twice. I think I have about a year left in my bachelor's and right now it's getting fun as **** because most of the classes in my major are with the same exact people. Also looking for internships makes me feel like I'm finally about to accomplish something. It's going to get all ****ed up because I'm probably going to finish my major classes before I finish my core curriculum classes, which is completely backwards.
