The things you learn.

I had another bout of Lactic Acidosis but ran out of ENO. I did have an old, unopened, box of baking soda, so I had 2 separate doses of a teaspoon in a cup of water. It worked, but it has a not-so-nice side effect. It makes the body more alkaline, so the digestive system has to clear it out of the system. How it does that is to use the water in the body, not to pee it out, but to clean it out through the bowels.

Hope you're not eating as you read this. 🤢

NUTTY PROFESSOR: Trans swimmer Lia Thomas just like Jackie Robinson

Big surprise. Male athlete transgenders to female and then destroys the competition.

The East Germans did this all the time in the 60s and 70s. The Olympic female East German swim team used to look like the US Mens Weightlifting team.

Complete horseshit. Once someone goes through male puberty there is no longer a level playing field physically. It is a HUGE disservice to girl and women athletes. IMO there should be a venue for transgender athletes to compete. There is the Olympics, Special Olympics and Para Olympics, why not have a Transgender Olympics? Or have a transgender category at the Olympics and Winter Olympics. This way the athletes can perform and inspire others without having unfair advantages and getting blasted in the media.

There are very simple solutions, new categories to compete in: Female (Xy chromosomes) and Male (Xx chromosomes). But decision makers are scared of being publicly chastised for discrimination (Xy doesn’t make me a man! You can’t impede my rights to compete because I was born Xy but identify as an Xx since birth!!,) and all the civil suits we are going to see..

This is not fair to XX chromosomed humans that identify with the gender assigned by their biology and want to compete fairly.

Makes sense. After all, we're supposed to create separate bathrooms for them, so why not separate athletic categories, etc?

Hey, is Yellowstone a good show to watch?

Should I start at season 1 or season 3? I have heard both.

Great series, but I would start at the beginning to fully encapsulate the characters. I thought it was the best series I've seen yet, until we started to watch Homeland. Unbelievably tense and riveting right from the opening scene.
