If the playoffs are starting today, who’s your starting 2B, Donavon or Gorman?

Gorman every f***ing game. Every game. Never take him out of the lineup.

To answer the question about Donovan and Gorman? Gorman could be passed out drunk, and I’d still take him over Donovan. No offense meant to Donovan, but Gorman has shown that he can utterly take over a game.

Yup. Gorman looks great and I’ve been down on Donovan since last season. I don’t trust him. He’s the one who sometimes makes strange decisions on defense, right? Or am I thinking of someone else? I think it’s Donovan. That dude is a real head-scratcher.

Donovan won a gold glove last year as a utility player so not sure who you could be mentioning.

only position players worth trading are oneill and dejong. the rest i wouldnt trade unless you get more back in return. donovan is valuable as he can play many positions.

Oneill should have been moved by now and sadly his value is probably at a all time low.

Donovan is best used as a super utility guy. He’s solid defensively and is an average hitter. Definitely a useful player, but shouldn’t be playing every day.

Gorman on the other hand, at least as a DH, is a total game changer.

Donovan isn't particularly great defensively, but he can play basically every position except CF and C, so that's where his defensive value comes from. He's sort of like Zobrist.

It was definitely Donovan that shocked me with some idiotic reads on fly balls. That he won a Gold Glove is also shocking. Lol

I rarely watch games, so I wouldn’t really know anyway.

It's amazing how much Gorman has improved. Just with his approach, walking more and striking out less, which has been the biggest concern with his minor league numbers, so he clearly put the work in on that. And he made some adjustments to be able to hit balls that are up in the zone better, and now he's just a much more complete hitter.

Walker has 10 hits in his last 31 at-bats, so hopefully he fixed his swing and can start building his confidence. Our one big hope is that this season or next, Walker finds his groove like Gorman has, and those 2 along with Goldy and Arenado can outscore opponents.
