What is really sad is that neither Roy or Anderson deserve 2nd line spots. Enjoy. From the looks of this game, Anderson or Roy. But most probably Anderson, MSL just loves him so much.

Roy's been coasting. He probably watches too much RDS and thinks he is a lock. What is really sad is that neither Roy or Anderson deserve 2nd line spots. Enjoy.
They will go with a good quality veteran like Gallagher and the Donkey. With Laine out who slots in?
Hutson should help us. But definitely not enough to break out of the top 10 imo.So basically starting lineup will be very similar to last season with exception of Dach (hopefully, there are still 2 preseason games) being there and no Harris. And I don't even remember if he started last season.
Either way... same lineup. Same result. Bottom 5.

Another top 5 pick. I don't see the issue. So basically starting lineup will be very similar to last season with exception of Dach (hopefully, there are still 2 preseason games) being there and no Harris. And I don't even remember if he started last season.

No way. Armia and Anderson should be piloting the third line with Dvo. Put Roy on that second. Keep Kapanen on the 4th.Armia probably moves up to the 2nd line now with Dach and Newhook. Better chance we keep Kapanen over here now, to give us an option for the bottom 6.
It we can get Porter Martone, it would be some consolation.Another top 5 pick. I don't see the issue.

Noif Laine is done, i call CGY and target Hoobie.
Bottom six needs a complete overhaul. Our bottom six is soft as shit.
So easy to play against, it's actually sad. Nobody comes to Montreal and expects a tough time.
if Laine is done, i call CGY and target Hoobie.
I mean, yeah. I think they'll pass Philly and Calgary but the recent talk of them making some push to the playoffs with or without Laine seems super premature. I don't think one more really high pick is a bad thing for where they are currentlySo basically starting lineup will be very similar to last season with exception of Dach (hopefully, there are still 2 preseason games) being there and no Harris. Looking at our schedule we will have a fairly decent idea of where this team is likely to land by the end of October.I mean, yeah. I’m not sure I could make a list with players that have shown much this preseason. Goalies have been decent I guess. Hutson has been flashy but a long way from being a NHL Dman that doesn’t need sheltering. All the prospects were meh except Kapanen. It we can get Porter Martone, it would be some consolation.
I feel like Roy hasn't shown as much as I'd like so far in preseason. Armia looked decent with Newhook late last year.
I honestly just don't think it's going to change where they ultimately land much. I think we're basically looking at the 6 or 7 spot as opposed to 7-9It was always going to be 'high' it's just going to be 'higher' without Laine on the 2nd line.
