I fixated over Zacha’s shot creation, or lack there of, for so many years I had to look.

Yep, that’s our Zacha.

I always felt like he should’ve had a better SH%, so nice to see that come true lol. But he ain’t generating shots 5v5. It is known. (He’s shooting more on the PP! I always liked him on the PP.)

Zacha was always primed to be a Sam Bennett reclamation project but tbh he's not doing anything different than he did in NJ but he has two elite wingers that he plays with while he just gets asked to be a f*** up and to his credit, he hasn't been. Nico + Bratt could carry him for so long until he just became an anchor to them when he was here.

WTF? I was actually looking at Heinen yesterday because someone mentioned good bottom 6 pick ups and saw he had around 30+ points, I had no clue he was in Boston's top 6 :laugh::laugh:

For context, Jack would have 345 shots if he played 77 gms like Pasta (Jack at a 4.48 spg rate). He still would have 18 shots more, shows how good of a player Pasta is.

does dylan larkin play 30 mins per game?? every time i blink hes on the ice. edvinsson playing ok reads plays and hits but sometimes he trips over his own feet like big bird

Still hoping for Bruins to take the East, it’s possible. Rags Lightning/Toronto 1st round would be spicy.

And also exposes this SHIT playoff format. In what world does the 2nd place team in East have to play a team like that in round 1. Dumb

The Lightning are going to be very dangerous as to making a deep run. I will not be surprised if they make the finals or win the cup. They have pulled their game together and heated up at the right time and with their goal tending and with the season Kucherov is having, they have as good a chance as anyone.

Did the broadcasters say that was 5 straight losses for the Capitals?

Took a bad penalty with 2 minutes left and then Kuemper coughs up a terrible juicy rebound off a Burns wrist shot to give up the power play goal.

Meanwhile a late power play also kills Detroit against the Rangers. The Islanders getting nothing but help tonight.
 
All 3 of the pretenders in action tonight stay stuck in the mud and got 0 points.

Apparently they have lost 5 straight. 0-4-1.

They're a f***in joke and they have been all year long.

The fourth goal on Godzilla from the Flyers was a really brutal one.

Kuemper looks about done. I've been saying it since late last year. He's been woefully outplayed by a 30 year old journeyman that's only in his second season as a full time NHL goalie.

Kuemper has been so bad this year that I'm surprised they even played him tonight. I know they played last night, but I really thought they'd go Lindgren until they're either clinched or eliminated, like how we did with Kinkaid in 2018.

And somehow buffalo is still alive. After the devils could have put them in the ground last Friday.
