They were never winning that game most likely, I think the issue was more so how they looked for 1.5 periods more than anything else.

I remember about 4-5 weeks ago when the Sharks had a pretty respectable road trip (including beating us) and those charts came out which were trying to indicate that the Sharks weren’t really THAT bad of a team lol.

Lots of goalies are inconsistent Like Vitek and Blackwood every now and then they will give you a good game but mostly they suck ass.

I have a feeling whoever gets that 3rd spot is gonna get their teeth kicked in by Carolina. Legit think we're the only ones who can give them a challenge on the basis of the revenge series + maybe we make a move in net that puts over them but 2/3 seems like it's gonna be a walk for Carolina come April

Really ? I can imagine finding him really irritating but I was just thinking how refreshing it is that he calls them as he sees them and when the isles get outplayed doesn’t spend time moaning and groaning and making excuses. I thought he gave good credit to the Canucks as a good talented team in a way I would have trouble imagining Dano doing it. Dano immediately starts mourning the Devils issues and is so interested in what we’ve got to do to improve or “stick with it” that there isn’t mental space to just enjoy somebody else being better.

But, switching topics, wasn’t Quinn Hughes just a beast tonight? If I can’t watch Jack or Luke, I was certainly able to get behind him reaming the islanders tonight.
