Not that I think he'll be fired by Fletcher. I think Fletcher's getting fired after this year (possibly in-season) and at that point do they start over with someone new? Or keep Torts because he's signed for 4 more years/a proven coach?

I don't know how coach contracts work. I assumed they'd be on the hook for the whole thing unless another team hires him. Maybe even then.
