Streaming only games are BS. I have nothing but problems with the ESPN app on my brand new smart tv. I’m so glad I decided to buy Center Ice on top of having ESPN+ in order get the NHLN games.

Shouldn't worry about Carolina tbh, they're basically a shoe in unless Svech or Aho get hurt for the year. Main competition are the Rags and Isles.

Ryan Callahan just said on the ESPN post game that he picked us to make the playoffs this year.

Yes this, I was cheering for the Canes. They are for sure a playoff team so may as well cheer for an eastern team to lose . We could end up fighting Buffalo for a WC spot

Callahan + Hank are actually really good for TV even though they were former Rangers, been impressive with them as analysts. They don't say the same cliche stuff you'd expect from former hockey players and add actual talking points.

Carolina is playing better too. Vegas. We’ll see how we measure up against Calgary.

He has the Isles in his top 5. No matter what you think of them get ready for them to pile up points because they have a very soft schedule ahead. They getting great goaltending and got hot with their finishing.

Carolina just defeated them soundly and they aren't even on his list.
Dallas, I have no comment on but I do remember they always play the Devils real tough.
The only thing I disagree with EJ's list is the Isles (I'd put Carolina in 4th; Isles in 5th)

Look at the date and time, that list predates the results of that game.
I would put Carolina above everyone mentioned, including us, a lack of finishing is their only weakness now and I see them picking up a scorer at some point.
Objectively speaking Boston, Carolina and Vegas are powerhouses right now, but they are likely trying to be provocative with those lists.
The Isles at 5th is extremely generous to them but they could pick up a lot points with their soft schedule and scoring.
Not going to lie, I’ve kind of ignored the Stars lol other than their goaltender has been incredible.

You mean to tell me they played Korpisalo today and he's not actually playing better than Merzlikins? Color me SHOCKED.
As someone that loves to make fun of coaches and has little sympathy for them, I feel a little bad for Brad Larsen. The end might be near for him. Just like I felt bad for Merzlikins the other day when we played him and he was kept in there way too long. He looks helpless on the bench today, you can see it on his face.
I actually didn't know this but Brad Larsen is almost like the Blue Jackets John MacLean.
He's been on their NHL coaching staff since 2014 as an assistant and was an assistant for their AHL team from 2010-2012 and then the head coach of their AHL team for two years after that, before being promoted to the NHL Blue Jackets coaching staff, where he's been ever since 2014, but this is only his second year as head coach there. He's been on their NHL coaching staff since before Nasreddine ever coached here.
There were no expectations last year, but they still wound up finishing not that badly, but this year has certainly been a Johnny Mac start.

Is it safe to already lock up softy of the night to Campbell? A clean blue line shot (literally on the blue line AND at an angle) that he swats at with his glove and misses it and it goes. He looks down at his glove after it goes in there just to make sure that he even has a glove on his hand.
