Maybe he rebounds, he was lit up for 6 in game 1 of the ECF, but I don't think any of them were nearly as bad as those two.

I think the only goal he allowed the entire ECF as bad as those two was that one in game 5.

The one thing that almost makes up for not having Shesterkin is that Colorado seems much less likely to sit back and get dominated for the rest of the game like the Rangers would after getting a 2 goal lead.

They have their anchors (Jack Johnson lol) but I don't think there's a bunch of guys on their team like Reaves, Rooney, Schneider, Braun, etc for Bednar to throw out there like Gallant was.

I wouldn't give him a stoppable goal, but he looked a bit shaky.

If the Avs win the cup.... Well let's just say neither of those goalies will be on the Conn Smythe ballot.

They may have the weakest goaltending performance(s) of any team to glide with ease to 12-2 to the Stanley Cup Finals.

I'm pretty sure in the Giguere Conn Smythe run the Ducks went 12-2 to the SCF.

I know the 2012 Kings did and they were the last team to do it. And they had the Conn Smythe winning goalie too.

I think there might have been 1 or 2 in between 2003 and 2012 to do it.

If I'm not mistaken the 1995 Red Wings went 12-2 en route to the finals before we swept them.
