If I'm Prudential Center management and security I would ban him from entering the Rock as well.

But what can they do really? So next season this guy grows his hair out, it's winter say he has a hat and scarf on. He buys tix through a friend or family member. When he's entering MSG and gets his ticket scanned how are they going to recognize him? Are they shown a list of barred individuals before every game?

Maybe in practice it's unenforceable, but consider the alternative. If they didn't ban this guy, they would face criticism, because it could be seen as condoning assault.

Yeah it’s just basically a pr move. It’s 100% not enforceable. He wouldn’t even have to grow his hair out or wear anything. If this guy wanted to he could easily walk right in for game 7 no problem

If they didn't sell booze people would just bring in plastic flasks(a lot already do) and pre-game even more before the game.
It’s really weird as a society that we need to drink to have good time. Yes not everyone is in that grouping but still just weird to get “hammered” when you know the next day your going to feel like shit it’s really interesting

if you do it enough, you don't get that hangover and just go about your morning :)

Apparently not this guy's first time getting in trouble...

oof. now if your booze is clearly getting you in trouble - then its time to stop

Are we sure that's the same perpetrator? I'd like to think so in which case maybe this guy gets a life lesson and cleans up and makes amends and improves as a human being and rehabilitates his life and is better for it going forward.

I remember some of the fights back at Brendan Byrne arena. A lot more frequent in the 90s. At least they were willing combatants. One dude definitely fell down a bunch of stairs from that high up walkway. I miss that place.
I remember a bunch of Leafs fans attacking a Devil's fan wearing a soft cast near gate C.

Hmm,,, come to think of it, I remember being at MSG for a Devil's Ragers game and a Ranger fan attacking a Devil's fan with a metal folding chair. The Devs fan was on crutches.

Why would a fan have access to a metal folding chair at MSG? I hope that security stepped in to stop it. People can be so awful.

The Meadowlands had metal folding chairs after the last row downstairs, they were in the handicap section, I know because we once got tickets there for Flyers-Devils game. If a brawl broke out we would have been packing those chairs lol.

Can you imagine having to be the risk manager at one of these places and virtually every single thing that isn't nailed to the wall or floor has to be assessed as a potential weapon? And this is supposed to be fun recreational escapist entertainment?

As someone in risk management in a different field, looking around and figuring out what could be used as a weapon sounds like the dream, to be honest.

My cynical lawyer take, is that anything that goes wrong involving some sort of object located in a facility is a risk, even if it's something as innocuous as cotton balls. Usually the context is more important than the actual risk it presents as I see it.

Play some Guido trash club music by the entrances. From Staten Island with a name like that? He'll show himself quick. Like that scene from Roger Rabbit.

Have the ada make him well aware that if he's caught on the property he'll be hit with felony trespassing and have to serve that time + whatever suspended sentence/good behavior he's going to get.

Oh, I have a feeling he's not going to be done with the legal system in time to be able to attend Game 7. Charged with (most likely) felony assault with possibly multiple DUIs as priors?

He probably won't be remanded, but he could be looking at a pretty high bond for bail.

The age and location checks out so pretty safe to say it's the same guy
