I go back and forth on playing the Chiefs again In the playoffs. Part of me wants it because it can become a legendary series. The other part of me recognizes that when Josh Allen is ON like he was in both playoff games there is only one QB in the world today who can match him…and I think…I’m good playing anyone else. Seriously it is annoying to have to think about Allen playing 2 pretty much perfect games in the playoffs and getting caught because Mahomes did too. Allen had like…2 of the 4 best playoff games for a QB ever in back to back weeks. One of the other 4 just happened to be played against him.

Like I said…their biggest weakness last year was luck

If the Bills win a Super Bowl, I won't care if they played against all backup QBs, where the weather magically changed each possession to glorious and clear for the Bills offense and blizzard for the opponents. There is literally no asterisk that I would accept: a Super Bowl is a Super Bowl and no one is taking that away from us. So whether they exorcise their demons against Mahomes or avoid him entirely is of no consequence.

Nike really helped ruin the Rams look which used to be so classic and iconic. They're the worst.

I'd read about it a year or two ago. I don't know many of the details - only the gist of it. But it sounded pretty bad.

No doubt if the sexes had been reversed or if it had happened to a guy with a bigger profile than Teo - more would have been made of it at the time....


As for the officiating in the Tampa game last season? I try to watch sport with an unbiased mindset. I think the vast majority of fans from every team (Bills & Sabres included) do not do this & cannot be objective as a result. I see far too much complaining about referees/decisions even on these forums. But that non-call on Diggs was brutal. Egregious is over used - but it applied here.

Survivor is now live and it is a season-long completion

The rules are simple - every week you pick a team that you think will win that week BUT once you use that team you can not use them again

You are allowed one miss during the season - get 2 wrong you are eliminated

By Tuesday 2 other pickem pools will be created where you pick every game with no spread and with the spread.

Hopefully, we can have some fun with this.

Is there anything worse than a kid's birthday party starting at 1pm and ending 4pm on a Sunday? Won't someone think about the kids!

At least you can watch the game on a device while the kids are playing. Imagine if it was a wedding!

I told my wife Friday evening that I wasn’t going to rush the holiday long weekend but once I woke up Tuesday morning that it could be skip straight to Thursday night with no complaints. I can’t wait for the game.

My fantasy draft went OK however I usually dont load up on a single team but I couldn't help myself as they were just sitting there..
Davis /Singletary /Bass /Knox / McKenzie.

I think I’d have preferred that Elam had played so well that he won the job outright. But Hopefully this just means they both played so well that they both earned starting roles.
Or maybe they just plan to use each guy to their strength until they get more comfortable in the NFL. Or they plan to rotate benford in for Jackson.

I’d be lying if I said i wasn’t worried about having inexperienced players at both CB positions entering the regular season. I’m sure there will be some ups and downs but hopefully the improved pass rush will help take pressure off the secondary anyway.

I mean, Dane is going into his 3rd year and has played in a lot of big games. I don’t think you have to worry about him, he is very solid.

If the bills played a press man defense, I think Elam would be the starter. However, given the zone scheme is something he is still learning, they will mix it up. Both have played great and made it tough.

If this GM-coach tandem knows anything, it’s defensive backs. Not worried at all.

I was just informed that I'm being switched to evenings starting Weds., to sit in with a class. I will not be able to watch the season opener live. :mad::cry:
