Canucks play winner of Stars/Blues game on Sunday
Good win, Hughes was awesome
Fun fact, we are 3-0 with Loui Eriksson in the line up
This win is huge for this young team. Can't underestimate just how important this experience is for the long term success. What a gutsy win.
This is beautifulI seriously can't believe they won it. I can't. I feel like I'm dreaming, like this couldn't have possibly happened. This DOESNT happen. This team has been so Jekyll and Hyde all year and I really thought that after Winnipeg and Game 1 we were getting the ugly Canucks who couldn't put it together and couldn't execute. But this team showed resilience I have never seen them show. So many times this year we've lost leads, we've crumpled, we've come out flat in the 3rd, we've given up. Not today. Every single f***ing player down to Eriksson, Beagle, Motte, Sutter, everyone who's been a pariah came out and shifted into a higher gear. They came back from DEFICIT after DEFICIT and found a f***ing way.
This was a monumental win. I feel like we just won the cup. I really think this was bigger than just the series. This is a team that proved to me, and more importantly, proved to themselves that they can be winners. This is the next step between a talented, but raw young group with lots of unproven players with chips on their shoulders and a true playoff contender. It has been nearly a decade since I've been this happy to be a Canucks fan.
No, you heard it right. He said Jamie.Marky hammered already? Jamie benn or is it me that heard that
I feel you dude. I've been following the Canucks for a little more than 10 years now, and was young enough at the time of our old greatness to not really appreciate what we had. We're both 2015 joiners, which means we really have followed and seen every single bit of grime and pain these guys have gone through, down to the individual players, to get to this one fleeting moment of happiness. If we lose next round whatever, this is a step forward that I didn't think I'd see happen today.i still f***ing hate our management and i know we're not going to amount to shit these playoffs but as the first successful season i've been on hf for this season has been really fun and i hope i can watch more meaningful games with you guys in future
love y'all
Wow...Hughes with 27 minutes tonight. Juolevi with 6 - welcome to the NHL kid.
