Same. And the U.S. will be the first team to play Canada straight up instead of "oh god please don't score" collapse defense, which I think plays right into their hands.

I think it will be an OT game, though.

Well, let's hope Kane doesn't get called for a phantom slash into the goalies pads during an OT power play.

US 4-2, EN at the end to win by two

Kane needs to stop trying to put on stick handling exhibition he touches the puck. he's driving me nuts

I'm neutral but I think this game will play out by specials team. Both teams will play cautious and whoever makes the first mistake, it's over.

Darkhorse players: USA - Kane/ CANADA - Toews

All the best to both teams. A great opportunity.

Garth Snow is being ridiculous. As other have stated, he has nobody to blame but John Tavares , and quite honestly he doesn't deserve any blame either. **** happens. When I thought Kopitar was injured in the game verse the United States. Yeah, I was devastated. I could barley focus on the game. But, I never was upset about the fact he was injured in an international game. He plays for Team Slovenia just as he plays for the Los Angeles Kings. That's just a fact.

As hockey continues to grow and more countries become competitive and the top countries balance out. I think we're gonna see an increased level of international tournaments. They've already stated that they're getting close to doing another World Cup.

I'm thinking we'll see a completely different Team Canada tomorrow than what we've seen so far. They always seem to play their best when it matters the most and unless they're completely without pulse they'll be fired up to play Team USA.

Hopefully the same applies to Tre Kronor... Finland looked very solid against Russia and Sweden has been in cruise mode all tournament. I really can't take another loss to the Finns after the WJC finals.

The straw that broke the camel's back...

- His team has played like **** this year.
- The Vanek trade blew up in his face big time and he'll be taking a huge hit now that he's desperate to move him.
- If he can't move him, Vanek will walk.
- The Islanders will not be making the playoffs.
- And perhaps he realizes his days of being their GM will be ending soon.

He's simply venting.

I can definitely understand the GMs points of view, their job is on the line and I doubt they enjoy the Olympics the same as us fans do.

Is everyone ready for the severe backlash towards Quick, and Brown if he takes a penalty, if the U.S. loses tomorrow? It will hit epic proportions. You know the Miller fan boys are just lurking in the weeds waiting for Quick to fail.
As a Canadian, I hope the Canadians win, but I think it's going to be the U.S, that comes out on top. Why? Because, as a Kings fan, I've witnessed the pure awesomeness of Quick in a do or die game. I'm sure Pavelski, Oshie and Backes are ecstatic they're on his side this time around.
I'm just hoping for a classic that we won't soon forget.

I'm expecting the US to start the game with their foot on the throttle and never let up. They have some serious unfinished business and hopefully the women's collapse today added fuel to the fire. Jonathan Quick has waited his entire life for this.

Go USA! Hate Olympics that's half way around the world where I don't get to watch because prime time for us is stinken 4 am in the morning or in this case 9 am work time! This game is gonna be either close or a blowout in my opinion! Maybe perhaps overtime even shootout if it's close. But for some odd reason I have a feeling Canada's firepower will finally show up when it matters most and team USA will fall once again. Gosh I hope I'm wrong.

I hope Dustin Brown unites all the California fans in some sort of accidental incident of doom.

Youtube can not solve Canada's issues!

I hope the US wins, but I won't be surprised if Canada all the sudden played lights out. At least we know one thing is for sure, win or lose, Quick and Brown will still suck according to every non kings fan haha.
