I think Russia will be in trouble if they don't break up their top-6. I mean they have Ovi, Malkin, Kovy, Radulov and Semin in there. Talk about overkill. Those players are individualists. Put one of them with Datsyuk, leave one with Malkin and put the other wingers with Anisimov or Tereshenko.
Same goes for the PP. Datsyuk, Kovy, Ovy, Malkin and Markov on their #1 unit. Break it up. Spread the scoring to try to capitalize on the oppositions 3rd defensive pairings.
Just fyi, I'm plenty happy if Bilyaletdinov won't try this. I'd chuckle if Russia went out in the quarters. I don't want a bunch of egomaniacs to win an Olympic team competition.
