Yeah. A criminal and vocal gang member who talks over prefabricated beats he didn't make. Can't play any instrument. Can't sing. No discernible talent.
Yes. He would make us sooooooo coool.
OK boomer.

The article headline is very clickbait-y.
The absolute misery comment was about the first day of shooting, which was shortly after covid restrictions were lifted, it was like the first time Chalamet had been outside in months and Dicaprio spent the entire day breaking down a songs meaning.
She goes on to say that working with the two talents was a great experience.

I mean this is an incredibly close-minded and childish way of talking about people pointing out the gender pay gap in their industry, which is the case regardless of the total amount people makeI do remember her and Larson and Watson seem to make a habit of bitching about gender pay gap or whatever, despite being incredibly privileged.

Whatever his past, I think Snoop Dogg would be a great owner. The man is articulate, intelligent, and passionate about hockey. His presence in the NHL would immediately change the dynamic of the "old boys club". I wish him success in his quest to buy the Senators.

Francesco isn't pretending to be a musician. He's pretending to be a hockey guy.as opposed to the current owner; an upstanding citizen, who makes beats, plays instruments, sings, and oozes talent?
Are you tired of the kids listening to the hippity-hop out of their boomboxes while you're just trying to watch the dang game??Francesco isn't pretending to be a musician. He's pretending to be a hockey guy.
Do you mean this Deadpool?I still prefer Reynolds, purely because I want to see him address the media as Deadpool.
Or Green Lantern, if that's your thing.

There really seems to be a narrative that oscillates between "The family is super-sensitive to what people think and are upset about their image!" and "The Canucks are a plaything the family uses to distract their Fredo while they take care of real business." Which is it?I continue to be more than a little surprised that the Aquilini's don't find another member of the family to be the ownership face of the Canucks.
And send Francesco back to selling blueberries and condos. It's PR-101, really.

Canucks on their own would exceed $1 billion, more than Pitt, Nash, Ott. Rogers arena, well, that Chevron near Coal Harbour on W. Georgia went for $72 mill well before Covid. Rogers arena land is how many times larger than that gas station? Like 10? Then discount for location between the 2 sites. And then add back increase in value and the land alone is worth hundreds of millions.Neither? The Canucks and Rogers Arena must be worth nearly $2bn.
More and more we're learning that most billionaires are actually idiots, especially ones that are born into wealth.

The cost of building a new arena in Vancouver would be super expensive. Seattle cost them, if you only look at the building itself, like $1 billion but they had to keep that roof which cost them an additional 9 figures. And they didn't have to buy the land, but OVG doesn't own the land, just a long lease to operate the building on that land. Chase Center for the GS Warriors cost them $1.3 billion USD, but that included office buildings surrounding it.
Forbes estimated the Canucks were worth just over $1bn in 2022. Ottawa was $800 million. The top two teams were the Rangers at $2.2bn and the Leafs at $2bn.If the Sens are valued at $1bn plus, the Canucks are worth much more than that.
Look at the ranking over value. Forbes is their best assumption given what numbers they are able to find with the business operations. If Vancouver is ranked ahead of the 3 that have sold or will be sold then would be safe to expect them to fetch more. But that may also be see dependent on the arena situation if the aquilinis are not selling the arena. Thus adding a significant cost. But so far having to build a new arena hasn’t hampered the Sens bids but I think we can all agree real estate between the 2 cities is massively different.Forbes estimated the Canucks were worth just over $1bn in 2022.
