Just scrape the toppings off, you have a salad. And now we basically solidified out reputation of being the raw vegan pizza equivalent of an NHL organization.
Lovely, that's just perfect...
It’s weird that you mock him now after spending years bootlicking him on Twitter? I recall multiple, cringe tweets from you like

I don’t get it
This might make sense if you weren’t a regular on CanucksCorner lolIt's sarcasm dude lol.
I guess you don't remember me from when I used to post here.
I lead the anti Aquiiini charge for years when everyone was talking about Jim Benning.

Fair enough! Your view on Aquilini definitely was on point then.So then you know my position on Mr Aquilini then I would assume?

Gotta do your due diligence, not that I trust them to draft well out of any league that isn't the USHLforums.hfboards.com
There is revenue sharing. The Canucks haven't had a home playoff game at Rogers Arena since the spring of 2014. The Canucks and Flames went seven games in an opening series, with three of them at the Rog.
It's almost impossible to calculate how much revenue the Aquilini's have left on the table since then. Playoff revenue is all gravy, because player salaries have already been paid.
And speaking of player salaries, over that 10-year stretch, the Canucks have been at or near the top of the NHL salary cap. I'm no business tycoon, but spending to fund one of the highest payrolls in hockey just to land in the lottery and miss the playoff revenues year after year, just doesn't compute.
Maybe the Aquilini's know something about real estate or even blueberries......but when it comes to hockey, they're either dumb as fenceposts, or out of their depth. Take your pick.
Fredo was sent to the River Rock to learn the casino business before being involved with the Canucks. I couldn't get a drink because...The Canucks haven't had a home playoff game at Rogers Arena since the spring of 2014. They spend what they spend. I didn’t agree with spending to the ceiling with a flawed roster. But what really ticked me off was in the 20-21 season coming off Covid is when FA opts to pull back on spending. Like WTF….. you spend aimlessly when you didn’t need to the prior 6 seasons and then when the team needed it to be pulls back thus taking the blame for JB and keeping him in 2021 and allowing him to make the OEL, Garland, Dickinson acquisitions. The Canucks haven't had a home playoff game at Rogers Arena since the spring of 2014. Exactly, right? And the Coyotes’ owners won’t say no if the money is there. He also pockets like $500 million in the process with the spread between the two franchise values.
I've been critical of FAQ but people who think he is "the worst owner in pro sports" should read this article about Dan Snyder: https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2023/02/28/daniel-snyder-nfl
Incredible stuff ranging from a toxic work environment to selling stale beer and rancid peanuts.
Very astute: Aquiline may in fact be the 2nd worst owner in pro sports!I've been critical of FAQ but people who think he is "the worst owner in pro sports" should read this article about Dan Snyder: https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2023/02/28/daniel-snyder-nfl

This aged well.Something has changed between the current Canucks management and the owners. Maybe wishful thinking on my part, but looks to me that Aquilini is finally giving his senior managers the latitude and independence they need to do their job.
Maybe he's tired of losing, and realizes his constant meddling is doing nothing to advance the franchise. Either that, or maybe he's tired of being a pinata on social media and in the community.
Whatever the reason, we should be thankful. Sometimes you have to bottom out before the light bulb goes on.
Lol!....saying Aquilini is a better owner than Dan Snyder, is like saying Putin is better than Idi Amin.I've been critical of FAQ but people who think he is "the worst owner in pro sports" should read this article about Dan Snyder: https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/2023/02/28/daniel-snyder-nfl
