Jones is actually a stud against lefties moreso than against righties but anyway I decided to swap Walker back in since he is the superior bat even against lefties.

I get that his personal split is better vs LHP than RHP, but it's still a (for an ATD) a rather pedestrian .258/.357/.496 at a corner outfield spot. I could take that, paired with the glove in CF, but in RF (and with the option you have starting) it doesn't seem worth it, to me. He's ideal for your team as a bat off the bench that can stay in and be a superior defensive sub while getting 2 or 3 games a week spelling Ricky and Walker, hell even Bonds (I don't have a big problem with CF moving to the corners, the other way around it trickier).

Please don't take this as me trying to bully you in setting up your team differently than you want to. The quibbles I'm debating with you aren't enough for me to dock you massive points in the voting, more of fractions of points and maybe losing a tiebreaker.

Nah nah it's okay I just like to see your guy's opinions. Anyway Jones is a full time bench finally. He will swap out defensively with Henderson in the 8th/9th inning while getting semi regular at bats. I think I like that more. I get that my team is weirdly built and I was ready for criticism. I still think it's 100x better than last year.

I picked Paul Assenmacher because he has a cool name and I loved his pick off move/ability to hold runners. Honestly at this stage it's a crap shoot for relievers anyways and my approach to the bullpen was more modern, with high strike out/power guys. There's a reason the game is changing like it is, it used to be you wanted to pound another teams starter to get to the bullpen, now it's the opposite with all the power arms we have now.

Pick who you want for the #5/6 bullpen guy, I don't think it's going to move the needle either way since it is pretty subjective by that point and a limited role. Just pointing out there were other off the board bullpen picks besides mine that didn't get commented on lol

And I guess you completely forgot you missed two picks last round? We passed you a while ago in the draft (picks are four hours now).

Was a big fan of Cedeno. I thought he was going to be a superstar. Never happened. But still a good player.

Lol David Ross? I'd love to hear the justification for that one.

Cubs fan hung over on champagne I'm guessing?

No movie cameos for Kinder but I liked reading about him and how cantankerous he was in Summer Of '49 lol

I like the spirit of the Ross pick. No one picked in these last rounds will move the needle so might as well select a few personal favourites.
