I am starting to lean towards Bear. We are lacking systems for the team we have.

Your first line winger doesn't have a goal in 19 games is not acceptable. Bear has to send a message to the team, maybe bench Schmaltz for a game. Do the same with Crouse.

That would be stupid given the lack of acceptable replacements.
