So after talking about music a bit in here the other day, I have started going down the Spotify rabbit hole... I added the songs liked from the Spotify made playlists titled best rap from "XXXX" and went from the earliest they had which was 87 or 88 right up until 2010... now I am going through the playlist and adding other songs by those artists...

this playlist is going to be thousands of songs....

Someone said that the playlist they compiled from the Nardwuar Questlove interview was a really interesting one from a historical POV. No idea of such a playlist already exists on Spotify.

Oooooooo. I actually slept a total of 7 hours. Very exciting.

Edit: Ah, another night of sleep. So I'm just dealing with a sore throat now. Nothing else, seemingly.

I best be 100% for season opener. ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

I've never understood the term "dance music"... people literally dance to any music.

Music of the inebriated.
IRL, many people think of dancing like they read a comment and "lol" without sound.

I think my anxiety is f***ing with me again... I can't sleep at night any time I work the next day, I am nauseous most of the day, everyday, along with other unpleasant stomach issues... some tightness in my chest too... also having trouble doing basic activities again... I f***ing hate this shit.

Do you get migraines? I get many of these symptoms and more when I get a weather migraine. Combination symptoms from the migraine, stress and exhaustion.

I don't. But I've been on this cocktail of meds for about a year now, maybe they need to change it up? I dunno, maybe I'm just hoping it is that simple.

Side effects to the meds could be doing something similar as well. I know it does for me. Sometimes I have to drink 2-3x more water to feel a little less weird and gross. Hopefully you find a simple solution though.

Felt. Today's not been good over here, either. I'm not sure I even want to leave my bed.

I had everything @Lunatik had and more last night/today based solely on the weather migraine and other discomfort today. Doesn't help that when this stuff starts to kick into high gear, I start grinding my teeth as well.

That's how I have been too, I lay in bed, move to my arm chair (in my bedroom), play a little on my phone, lay back down, Have tried watching TV but I pause it every few minutes... put music on, but nothing feels right...

But keep your head up and of you need to chat, we're here.

Hopefully. I made an appointment to see my Dr. unfortunately it's a week away though. But it's better than nothing

I'll pop into the game thread later and try to participate a bit. I have odd patterns that are highly self noticeable when I'm in this state of mind. I find it hard to feel comfortable around others. Even online.

May the day become more soothing and hopefully we can bask in the warmth of a Flames victory.

If chatting one on one can help, hit me up and you can text me if you'd like
