I figure he would have been spitting on his mic in his haste to relate everything to Brett.

I eagerly await when we get the trifecta: a layered Chapman-Brett-Jeter reference in a game not against KC or the Yankees.

"Well you know Chapman is from California, and they just know hot to produce good 3rd basement out there. Chapman came from Lake Forest, California while Brett played his high school ball just to the west of there in El Segundo. Chapman wears #26 and Brett actually started his career wearing #25 for two seasons, so they share that #2 in common and there's another famous #2 who was a great hitter and a hall-of-famer of course, Derek Jeter. And you know, they're all gamers."

"That's right, Buck. They're all baseball players. and that's what you want. Guys who are big and strong and know how to play the game."

"Boy, it sure is, Pat. They're certainly better hitters than we ever were."

*breathy laugh*

MLBTR;
The Atlanta Braves recently discussed a Craig Kimbrel trade with the White Sox, according to Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic, before the Braves signed Kenley Jansen. That one-year, $16MM deal for Jansen is an exact match for the one-year and $16MM remaining on Kimbrel’s contract, which perhaps suggests that Atlanta’s pursuit of Kimbrel is no longer in the cards.

The Blue Jays were recently reported to have checked in on Kenley Jansen. With Jansen now signed to the Braves, perhaps the Jays and any unknown Jansen suitors could now pivot to a Kimbrel deal instead.

White Sox need a CF. Kimbrel for Grichuk?

And Sign Pham or Conforto.

Looks like they worked a bit on posture, his lower back and hips look to be sitting alot more neutral now.
better posture is a nice side benefit from alot of back excersize, which is good since heavier guys tend to get injured backs more than any other type of injury :D

Not necessarily just back exercise. Yes, that can help but if you already have a tilted pelvic floor, just doing back exercise can just make it worse. Deep abdominal exercises, fixing winged scapula, and some back exercies and strengthening the glutes working all together will help fix posture.
