It’s obviously just taking the few minutes it takes to complete the 3-for-1 deal for a starting pitcher and contact all the parties involved including Grichuk and then a couple more to get in touch with BradleyJr’s agent before they can announce the tandem signing and trade and be 40 man roster compliant. There's enough out there to warrant at least some very cautious optimism.
Im convinced enough to be here every couple of minutes to see the quick people here with tweets. Seen as i dont have twitterI went from not believing it to texting my dad that the Jays maybe signed Springer in like 10 seconds. Hopes are fully up at this point and I am just along for the ride.
Another interesting story developing on Twitter is Kolten Wong liking all the Blue Jays tweets regarding Springer and Yates
Lmaoooooo, if this is real oh my god.
My guess here is the Mets probably didn't want to go over the luxury tax, the market dried up, Jays told him "go find something better than 5x115" and he wasnt able to.

I was ready to believe him until he posted that bird emoji at the end and it was red. Credibility blown, Gary.
Don't want to get too excited about Springer but I'm falling for it again. Please be true.I will take a Springer,Wong,Odorizzi,Paxton,Yates off season. That would do just fine.
Yates makes sense because both Wong and Yates are 2 of 5 active MLBers from Hawaii.
We can only hope so.So does this mean Grichuk is getting traded?
