Once they saw all of us, they would have to win.
Or escort us out.

Not sure if the other guys would agree but hanging out and just chatting and having drinks really softened the blow of them losing. We were kinda laughing how bad it was, but I think that was the beers lol.
Beer makes EVERYTHING better.

Yeah, for sure. I have no regrets. Would do that again even with the result on the ice. Was a good time.

Would have been way more miserable at home.

The logistics would be hard to pull off but the dream is to do this inside the arena

Whys it hard to pull off? Pick a date a couple weeks out and just buy as many seats as you need. Everyone then sends the person the cost of the ticket

Big groups have folks dropping out a lot because of life at the last minute. It's of course doable, but tricky.

It's just easier to get to know people & chat casually in a bar atmosphere than at a game where you're stuck in your seat. Unless we somehow scored a suite.
Agreed on that, and Stout probably isn't the best place for the next one on account of the loud, oddly out of place mid 2000's "college girls getting ready for a night out" music blaring.

Should venture a little away from the garden. Was Haymaker busy when you guys went the last time? I’ve been There around 6pm before a game and wasn’t too bad. Heck, would even reserve a table for us next time. The Food and beers are just so much better, lol

Agreed. It’s a pre game tailgating party than turns into a Taylor swift concert.

We should all scout for a spot with a back room tv. Big tables and no obnoxious loud music.

I think Bern was trying to tell us the secrets of the universe and I missed a lot of it.

Bern was on a role, was good stuff. We even chatted a little about music.

Haymaker wasn't busy at all.

Yeah it’s too much. Holidays over and it’s just cold. Lol. That’s why I tend to visit my folks in Jan and Feb in Sarasota FL. @Amazing Kreiderman is familiar with that area where they have a place.

Speaking of him, have not seen him on here as of late.

I'm still here

I just spent 5 days in Vienna with my mom (who flew over from the Netherlands) to visit some Christmas markets and celebrate her finishing the latest batch of chemo. We needed some fun activities after the year we had. Last June she was given a life expectancy of 18-24 months and it hit us all real hard out of nowhere. She's only 58, and just became a grandma for the first time and I get married in May so we saw everything just crumble apart.

But it was a great weekend. Didn't see any Ranger games though haha
