Rangers do have Stepan-Brass-Richards-Moore down the middle. Obviously, the Kings have the better centers in Kopi and Carter, but our depth makes up for it.

(no offence intended by the way, I just don't see where your depth is any better than the Hawks or our own).
I've watched all the Rangers games these playoffs... how do people say they have an advantage with speed and LA wont be used to it....when the Hawks are faster. Doesn't make sense. The Rangers aren't really fast imo.

Not to mention their speed isn't better than the Hawks and the Hawks speed guys are WAY more talented. The only thing I am worried about from the Rags speed guys is their dirty play.
I think Hank is a step above JQ this season. I love Quicky but Hank is on his game and Quick will have to play his best to be there with him. Other then that the Rags aren't any better at all then any of the other teams we have faced. They are a very good team and deserve to be where they are but they aren't any better than the Hawks Ducks or Sharks anywhere but in net.
That is a big thing but that is about it.

This x 1000000. Jeff Giuliano was fast, how did that turn out for him lol. Hawks were faster and way more talented.
And yes I agree. I think Quick will be a lot better because the rangers offense doesnt come close to the hawks. even though the Lundy is doing very good, they haven't versed an offense like ours yet this season.

Yes.
And I think what most teams overlook in us is that we are the best balanced team in the league (right there with the Hawks). We have so many solid players that we can match up with whatever is thrown out there at us. It is what we were built to be. A playoff team and that starts with excellent goaltending a solid D and team balance.
So unlike the teams the Rags have faced we will keep sending out one talented line after another. Ask the Hawks Sharks and Ducks how easy that is to deal with and they will tell the Rags all about how hard it is to handle.
The Rags have two lines imo. They have two D (3 when you add Klien which I do) but after that every other team we have faced have had just as solid of a D corp as they do.
I mean the Rags act like we haven't faced teams with elite Dmen on them. Like only they have two solid Dmen in McD and Grr. They should take a look at the Sharks Duks and Hawks. They all have their own great D pairings.
The Hawks go deeper on D then the Rags but it is cool with me. Let them do their thing.

Let's just say if Quick got any worse, Jones will be in. Having said that, I do think Quick will rise to the challenge of going against Lundy. That is why I think the kings should be a huge favor to win this series, barring any injuries.

I hope the Kings don't take the Rangers as lightly as some people on the boards do. I do feel like they are the underdogs, but there are plenty of times throughout history that the underdog pulls off the upset.
After watching some of the ECF, though, I think that they are going have some trouble scoring on a more defensively sound team. Montreal's D looked really bad.

Could have gone either way and we hope to prove you guys didn't lose in vain by winning the cup.
Not going to be as easy as it might seem but after beating you guys the Rags can't be any tougher.
