I don't think we see the same Quick in the finals.

Chicago is like kryptonite to the guy. They always light him up. They come into the zone with speed and in waves, generate all kinds of movement and chances, and take your vision away with traffic. The Rangers do nothing like that.

The Kings have given up a lot of goals these playoffs, but let's not forget they've played #1, #2, and #6 in overall scoring this season.

Blues fan here saying good luck guys. The Rangers will be a lot tougher series than a lot of HF'ers around the boards are giving them credit for. I've been watching them closely since the Pitt series, and they are a danger to score with every line, have great center depth, a **** ton of speed (that's the main thing you guys are going to have a hard time with, gotta contain that speed.) Their Top 4 has been stepping up on O and D, and of course Lundqvist is on a "mission from god."

Anyways, I think this will be a much closer, and tightly contested series then a lot expect, but as long as your boys don't underestimate The NYR I can see them winning in 6. For the love of god don't let it go to Game 7 though, Lundqvist is unstoppable in Game 7's this year.

I don't think it's going to be a walk in the park at all. Rangers are a dangerous team and I think all kings fans know this.

rangers fan says we look exhausted.

I think that the Rags don't get past the Habs if they don't take out Price. The Habs gave the Rags all they could handle and almost took that series with a TRUE rookie in nets. If the Rags don't take out Quick I think we have as good of a shot as we would against any other team.

Price and the Habs would have worried me as much.

this series will go a long way in telling me if Quick is better then Henrick. I have always said if there is anyone id trade Quick for its him. To me the two of them are the best goalies league wide. Id still rather have Quick younger and cheaper hit but Henrick is a great second choice . I picked Kings in 6 but think 7 would be a hell of a series and very realistic

What is the current status of the Rags health wise?

I know John Moore is suspended for the first game and Carcillo is gone for a bunch as well.

They do have some decent team speed so that will be something to keep an eye on.

For Mr. Kopitar, 3rd round = January.

Paging Mr. Kopitar, paging Mr. Kopitar, time to get back to form and show your dominant self.

And I do believe he is going to more-or-less have his way with NYR. Just got that feeling.

Exactly...and how did Nash go from 26 goals in 65 games, to 3 goals in 20 playoff games? Is he banged up, or gone Kyle Clifford hands?

I think this is the easiest team we play this post-season.

I was waiting in the same line.

Guess we're both old, which beats the hell out of the alternative.

It was 40 years (40/41 hard time remembering exactly) for me and to think we can get maybe get another one so close on the heels of the last one is just a mind blowing great danged thing.

Heck, just playing in 3 WCF's has been a thrill after all that losing. Making the finals twice over the past 3 years is just crazy and so very sweet.

Don't see Rangers fan talking about how weak they are down the middle. Gonna have a tough time playing the Kings centers and beating them in FOs.

All of us are hoping Nash actually shows up in this series, but it's more wishful thinking on our parts. He's going to need to step up if we're going to have a chance to win this series.

Good luck to you guys, and may the best team win..:)

It's unbelievable after so many years of frustration and futility.
