Idk, I think there is something to possibly pushing in some chips for this season. We have a ton of cap space so we could be huge in the rental market. Make a few good rental adds and you can address some of the deficiencies. With our top end talent, goalie and cap space there is definitely a good argument to be made to make a serious attempt at a run this season.

I think using the cap space is a given. I wouldn’t go “all in” so to speak. But I’d definitely use the cap space and Georgiev, Hajek, and maybe Chytil to shore up the forward lineup.

Welcome back Lindgren. It's like he was never out. Taking a puck in the face, throwing crushing hits, and even getting on the scoreboard.
Not to mention Strome stepping up in Panarin's absence, Goodrow having a career year, Georgie proving us all wrong, Zac Jones looking like a NHL D-man, and on and on....

This team is on a roll. And it couldn't happen at a better time. We need to take advantage of being fairly healthy during this COVID season.

the offseason additions continue to play a huge role in the transformation of the culture of this team.

Good for Gallant
Good for the fans.

make no mistake, this team playing/winning all those 1 goal games is big for their experience.

1-2 good adds by Drury, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see this team win more then Just 1 round Come playoff time

It was a 4 on 2. It's rare he sees that much open ice to make a play.

Hajek is our Justin Holl. Good thing we had the protection spot for him in expansion and didn't need to go 4/4, lol.
 
Loved the play of our defensemen, went with Miller, Trouba and Laf. Probably not the correct score keeping with other guys having big games too, but I just marvel at how good our D have been lately.

Incredible. And getting better. So much mobility. I hope they can move Hajek and get Nils back in the lineup. But even Hajek has been good. I just think his ceiling is the lowest, thus it makes sense to move him.

They do seem to be in absolute shambles atm. I even feel wrong to gloat over their state.

In top tier competitive team sports, the line between being a turd and on top of the world is too thin.
And we ourselves are just in the beginning of a long road. *Now* it's all sweet for us ofc...
