As for the Niners, that might have been the most frustrating 30 point win I've ever watched, lol

Between inconsistent reffing, undisciplined sideline BS wiping out the biggest play of Ambry Thomas' career and the Jags pretending they had any pride at all just in time to steal the record from CMC I barely even enjoyed it

Happy to see the offense working again with Trent and Deebo in and the defense felt a lot more engaged with Wilkes on the sideline, Fred Warner is the best

There is something in this I agree with. The reffing in the NFL this year is atrocious. The whole sideline BS was deserved but explained really poorly, but overall, the Refs are making games frustrating to watch.

I'm still not over the OPI on Aiyuk that was on contact initiated by the DB compared to the multiple soft DPI calls against Ward, there was no standard set, just completely arbitrary

It was clear the refs were trying to manufacture a closer game, and they tried their damndest, but the Jags could still only score 3 points, lol

You are truly the bearer of bad news. I guess it’s your thing.
I don't even think the Warriors can bear bad news, lol, they won 4 titles in the last 10 years, that's better than most fanbases will ever dream of

The 2022 win was the most magical and vindicating outcome imaginable, the core had been eroded and the depth had withered but Steph Curry ascended bodily to the heavens and silenced all of his critics while giving Warrior fans the ultimate cherry on top of this crazy run

This year's team is very interesting, it's actually a really fun team to watch and Chris Paul makes all the bench players around him so much better than Jordan Poole ever could

I love the Saric add, he's a perfect fit if he can stay healthy

And Moody and Kuminga (especially Moody) are really coming into their own right at the optimal time

The problem is that Wiggins hasn't returned to form since his long absence last year

And the REAL problem is that Klay is done, cooked, and burnt crispy

It's going to be really interesting to see where they go on that front, because the smart move is to trade Klay to retain the asset and turn him into something valuable, but that's a HUGE ask for a rookie GM to move a franchise legend months into his tenure, I'm not sure Dunleavy has the pull to get away with it

The bigger problem is how does Steph respond if that happens? He IS the franchise, if he wants Klay to stay he's gonna stay, you just gotta hope it's not at a crippling figure over the new luxury tax apron

F*** John Fisher. F*** Manfred. F*** the other owners. Particularly F*** the Giants. And F*** Vegas.

The idea that this is the fans' fault is ridiculous, but I'll have more to say on that once I've come down from the anger and sadness even though this isn't a surprise. Despite those feelings, it's not over until they actually leave.

As a potential Free Agent Fan, I'm considering Minnesota, Baltimore, Milwaukee, and Pittsburgh. All are aggrieved small market brethren with fleeting moments of success along the way that my team has no real rivalry with in my lifetime. Any recommendations/signing bonuses are appreciated.

Fisher could've made 10x more money than he's ever going to in Vegas if he actually had a spine and moved the A's the San Jose. He could've easily overcame any legal challenges by the Giants but straight up chose not to.

Moving them to a city whose entire economy relies on expendable income right before the biggest recession the US will see in nearly a century is a disaster waiting to happen.

He hasn’t built a competitive team yet. Top Free agents aren’t attracted to SF for that reason, among others like the ballpark.
Yep, as with the Sharks not quite bottoming out last year for the elite draft, the Giants' prospect pool outside of Bailey hasn't developed in time for the monster FA pool this year

Nice performance by the Niners' offense, now just have to hope that the injuries aren't too serious (hopefully not as they all came back during the game). Division champs, LFG!!

The Run defense was concerning today. Hopefully they get Hargrave (I think Armsted will be out a few more weeks) back next week and shore that up. Dallas also lost today so if the Eagles lose tomorrow the game against Baltimore isn't as important as it could have been.
