Because we can't cover 1 on 1. You want to see Olave burn the defense? He almost did one time already, Peterson was lucky to get his fingertip on it, he was beat badly and barely got lucky.
We need our linebackers dropping into coverage to make up for the terrible secondary.

Differing opinions, I guess. You blitz and disrupt the rhythm.
I mean, we can’t even stop the run.
I agree, but when you have a terrible secondary, you have to be very selective with the blitz

That hands to the face penalty was garbage ....did the league get confused and think we were the packers?
That one evened out with the miss call when Dalvin was tripped. If they thought we were the packers, it would've never evened out.
Second week in a row where we were the worst team, and won.
So many things to criticize - Danielle Hunter wants elite money for playing like that, etc.
I thought the Saints looked good.

Lucky that we've played the Lions and (short handed) Saints back to back weeks. Defense has been a complete mess so far. Hopefully we can get our act together against another subpar team next week before our tough game against the Dolphins.
I'll be in Minneapolis next week for the Vikings game against the Bears.

That’s because they’re notThe Vikes could easily move to 4-1 after playing the Bears next week, but it doesn't feel like a good team.
The entire NFC North is a dumpster fire this year. So there’s that , the Pack look really bad. That makes me happier than if we had a good Vikings team.Reading the inferiority complex from vikings fans is always fun. Keep it up

The packers are tied for 1st place while progressively getting more impact from their offense. I’m not worried. Business as usual in the NFC North.

Bears are a mess. Lions will be a real team here in a couple years, they need to re work that defense, badly. Packers dont worry me as much this year, as in years past. That week 17 game could be real interesting.

I'm hoping Hunter can start playing better. I do think he gets a bit of an excuse since he has been injuried these past 2 years, but he certainly isn't playing like the contract he demanded.

Agreed, I do wonder with the new system how good he can be. The defense as a whole does not lead me to believe we will be very dominant.

This right here! We get no pressure which makes our secondary look worse. Need to put Hunter back as 1 of the 3 down lineman. He is terrible so far playing that OL role. Just put him on the line and let him dominate like we know he can.
Or Hunter is not the player he used to be, due to age and spine injuries. Football players can have a very short shelf life.
