Byram or G would certainly help, but I think it is more that the Avs are chasing the play with 3/4 lines. Used to be domination by a line and heavy tilt by another. Which tended to tire out teams and at least have the bottom 6 tread water. Now the Avs are getting caved a lot and the top line is being very opportunistic more than dominating.

Without a doubt. Having to roster half of your forwards with replacement-level guys was bound to catch up with them sooner than later. Hunt is a shining example
