I have no words on what a disappointment today is.

But the people saying it's basically Tiffoli for Allen are idiots. One is 2 picks (2nd rounder in 25 and 3rd rounder in 24), the other is one (3rd round pick that could become a 2nd) with salary retention.

I just don't get it with the extra year. I mean, the 1.9 for a backup goalie is whatever. But why take on the extra year? Why not just go after Ned or Kahkonen if you wanted a punching back this year to protect Schmid and Daws?

40 games is manageable for a condition. If it becomes a second, I have no issue with it. Teams have three slots. They'll have him and Petry next year.
