Seconds after Caufield missed wide, let that sink in.The pass to Caulfield is also amazing. With a couple of seconds left in the game, he had the smart to pass it to Caulfield for a one timer.
That was Markov like...Suzki as the same hockey sense, and that's high praise. The pass to Caulfield is also amazing. With a couple of seconds left in the game, he had the smart to pass it to Caulfield for a one timer.
Awareness! The pass to Caulfield is also amazing. With a couple of seconds left in the game, he had the smart to pass it to Caulfield for a one timer.
I realized he almost never falls on his ass. Really good core + lower body strength. Also means he's always involved in the play, where he wants to be, instead of picking his sorry ass up to catch up.
To think, he was actually targeting Glass... yikesThis was just an incredible trade for Montreal. Rival the Lafleur trade as greatest in team history. Considering we got Tatar and Farrell in same deal.
Followed up by locking up franchise player at reasonable caphit. Bergevin certainly had his positives on the team.
Gainey gets most of the credit for the trade, he's the one who acquired Pacioretty in the first place. Bravo Bob Gainey! Bravo Nick Suzuki, Bob Gainey's best trade. This was just an incredible trade for Montreal. Rival the Lafleur trade as greatest in team history. Considering we got Tatar and Farrell in same deal.

Love how he skates by and taps D'Angelo on the shin pads after the goal. Subtle little cocky move. Kids a beautyIf you focus on Suzuki in this clip you see him look up twice at the clock before the game tying goal. The little things that make all the difference. Well, either it's a clock or he has a direct line with some sort of deity up above...
It’s something that really stands out when you see him up close. The kid has a very powerful stride. Very strong on his skates. Thick Nick.I realized he almost never falls on his ass. Really good core + lower body strength. Also means he's always involved in the play, where he wants to be, instead of picking his sorry ass up to catch up.

You're way too worried about the past lol.Gainey gets most of the credit for the trade, he's the one who acquired Pacioretty in the first place. Bravo Bob Gainey! Bravo Nick Suzuki, Bob Gainey's best trade.
That's how it works right - the GM who fired off the trade gets credit for everything downstream of that?
Don't forget to give Serge Savard his due for drafting Craig Rivet back in 1992, really all of this should be credited to him!Gainey gets most of the credit for the trade, he's the one who acquired Pacioretty in the first place. Bravo Bob Gainey! Bravo Nick Suzuki, Bob Gainey's best trade.

I think it was Norlinder and not Farrell. Farrell was 2020 and came from TB. and we also got Leguerrier since we traded down with the Vegas pick for those two picks. This was just an incredible trade for Montreal. Rival the Lafleur trade as greatest in team history. Considering we got Tatar and Farrell in same deal.

Uncle Nate still keeping tabs on Nick
High Praise indeed. Corey Perry knew. We're watching a player step into the elite category, and the reality is that the best is yet to come... Wow.
